I bought multiple t-shirts from here, 3 tops had graphic issues were they had been enlarged too much and they came across pixelated. The customer service process was ridiculous. I had to explain myself a thousand times, they kept asking silly questions like what did you order, when I had sent them the order number, gave them my details, and even sent pictures of the transactions page and the products. They kept trying to avoid a refund until I went through paypal. The refund process states that they will pay for the product to be returned if faulty, however I had to pay £15 to send 3 tops back and get a £40 refund. When you look at I had to pay delivery and now having to pay to send them back without getting the delivery money back. It's not worth the hassle. Even though the tops I received I loved. I did not love the nuisance of their processes and the reluctance to give a refund. I would not buy from these again. Found a better site Redbubble and will be going there from now on to get anime fashion.

Dress looks nothing like the pic, and be prepared to just throw money away. They lie and say an item is a made to order even though it's not and do not allow people to return an item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It's been an absolute nightmare and they prey on customer's desire to get an item for an affordable price.

I have requested 8 times for a product return form with no success. Each time they ask for something else when I submitted originally all the information (4 items on the contact reply) instructions. This company receives an 'F' from me. I have been waiting 3 weeks for help.

I purchased a dress from this site. The quality of the fabric could be best compared to Halloween costume grade. When I attempted to process the return, the exact same day it was delivered, I was contacted via email from their customer service offering me 50% refund to keep the garment. I did not accept the 50% and was told I had to take it to the post office, no Fedex,, UPS or DHL, have the cheapest tracking record put on my package and forward info to them. I went to the post office and was told I needed a customs form to return this package and that the company should have provided me a QR code for return shipping. The post office would not accept it without the companys info in a QR code. My only recourse is to now dispute the charges with my credit card company - i spent 188.00 on a halloween costume dress that I intended to wear to my daughters wedding - BUYER BEWARE! Not a reputable online merchant

Purchase some clothing never got what I order. They are thieves I received overcoat not dresses when I reach out to them telling them I hate material they said sorry its was custom made what I never seem anything like this shame on your company robber poor people they should close this site. I offered to return for something else no can do highway robbery. Close your site not a reputable site if you want cheap affordable clothing that's fair go to shein.

I ordered a hat 2 months ago for a wedding.
It never arrived and despite more than 10 emails to the company (most of their responses were irrelevant), I have not succeeded in getting a refund. Worst €40 I have ever spent.

When I placed my order, the ad stated items would be shipped in 2 business days. Almost 2 weeks later tracking showed "clearing customs'. I thought the company was located in NY!
I must have had temporary insanity to pay the outrageous shipping cost for the overpriced tops. I have been trying to create a 'ticket' for return since I first saw the tops. It's impossible! I normally wear size xl or 1x. I ordered a size up only to realize none of the 5 tops would fit a gal unless she wore a medium in 'real clothing'.
I don't have any positive feedback for this company and definitely nothing good to say about the tops I will never be able to wear. Buyers, please pay special attention to the 3-D effect the company adds to patterns. You are in for a lot of disappointment if you think the online image is what you will receive. If you normally wear a size medium, order the largest size available and hope it fits.

My original review: The pantsuit I ordered arrived quickly, but did not fit. Knowing that the return policy was 2 weeks, I immediately contacted the company and was told that I could not return it because it was custom made. When I replied that this was incorrect, I received no reply. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment and finally I heard back from Lightinthebox. I was told that I could return it, at my expense, to China. Clearly this is more expensive than is reasonable. Do NOT order from this company unless you are certain it will fit (not possible).
After posting the above review, I was contacted by "Bloo" at the company. This person told me to send it back, show proof of my shipping charges and they would reimburse me for both the pantsuit and the shipping, via PayPal. I (unwisely) incurred an additional $46.00 shipping charge and have never been refunded.
I contacted my credit card company and was initially refunded the money, but Lightinthebox contested that and I was charged again. I am again working with my credit card company, but I am out the $46.00 regardless. This company does not allow returns and then they lie about how they will handle the resulting problem.
Two oversized t-shirts delivered order **************. I a confusing and difficult return process. I have started my return and will see if it really is genuine or not. All goods delivered from China making it hard to return? - i should have checked before i bought! Hopefully this will not be a scam and i may be misreading it..
Order a shoes for a show, it says 5-7 day, but took 2 weeks to arrive, missed the date and had to purchase one in store. When contact they for return, I was told there was no delay, and I had to pay for the freight to their overseas' warehouse. I agreed.
But they changed their mind. Telling me this shoe is customised, so I can't return. I don't understand since this is just a size 7 character shoes for performance.

One night I ordered six items from LightInTheBox. Early the next morning I realized I had the wrong sizes on all of my purchases. I immediately looked for a number to call. There was no number. I texted them immediately about the mistake. I texted them for weeks. They said that was my problem nit theirs. I never opened any of the clothing packages and sent everything back immediately. Needless to say, I haven't received any money or any clothes in larger sizes. I think the U. S Government needs to look into this company' unethical business practices. They not only have my money, they also have the clothes. Be careful dealing with overseas companies! Be sure to read their return policy. If there is no return policy don't purchase the clothes. Know your rights before you purchase items. LightInTheBox did this to me in January 2020 also.

I saw some great tops on the advert for light in the box. After a week or so they arrived, I was so disappointed the quality was so bad that I can only wear them at night the material is of the cheapest quality. I didn't bother returning anything I just deleted the app. Ibam glad I only spent £70 in total on 3 tops and a dress I can only wear at-home. Once bitten. Buyer beware. Suzzy oxford

I ordered two shirts and used their own sizing chart and a measuring tape to select sizes. One was supposed to be XL black and the other XL Khaki. They arrived over a month later. The black one fit like a medium and the Khaki one was peach. I contacted Lightinthebox and they told me they would give me a 15% discount on my next purchase, or i could return the product and get my $48 back. I said i would return it, thinking it would go to Markum Ontario. Nope! You have to mail it back to Gaobu Town, Dongguan, China and it has to have a tracking number. It would cost between $110 - $217. I contacted them again and told them about the shipping costs (which they were aware of) and told them i was very unsatisfied and I'd be sure to spread the word. I left a bad review and suddenly they decided to give me a full refund. A few days later $15 was returned. Never again!

Didn't arrive on time, didn't look at all as pictures & the garments were off terrible quality. This company do not supply returns labels. They will offer discounts if you order again. Please don't waste your money on this company as there is no light in the box only disappoint.

Ordered items from LightInTheBox to the UK. They put the wrong postcode on the address. Royal Mail will only change the delivery address if the sender contacts them. Emailed LightInTheBox to contact Royal Mail, but they just said the same responses that the issue had been resolved… which it hasn't. All they need to do is amend the postcode on the delivery address and then let Royal Mail know by quoting the delivery tracking number. Absolute shambles

The dress I received did not look like the dress in the picture. Colors were different. I usually wear a small or medium in most clothing so I ordered a small according to their chart. It was huge. There are no size tags in it. They make the return process difficult and they know it because they offer a 30% discount on another item or a 20% refund to avoid the return process. Never again!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
