I bought a shirt. Its made of very low quality prints. There is no returns too. They ship from China and there is a local person posting it in UK. Please stay way from this company as their products are not the same as they look on the website advertised. You will loose all your monies as hey offer to refund only 20% or returns is very expensive.

I bought a dress for my mother in law that she liked for our wedding. The dress cost 159.00 plus tax. I looked up that if it didn't fit or she didn't like it we could return it within 7days of order. Unfortunately, my mother in laws dress didn't fit even though we gollowed measurement chart. She didn't care for it as much as she did online. I asked the company to send me a return slip three times and each time they just kept sending me back the information and option choices and I never got my return slip. They will not refund your money. So unless your buying a low cost shirt don't care if I get my money back, do not buy through this company. I could not return the dress and I lost about 189.00. I was very frustrated because they say they will refund, but it's not true. They give you the run around. I will no longer do business with them. There are so many other online places that honor their word.

I ordered a dress from Light in the box, but when it arrived, the material and cut looked completely different than what I ordered. When I tried to return it, there is no phone number to call. The email is automated (they did not actually read my email as none of my questions were addressed) and they offered me $10 for my disappointment. I will never order from them again.

Would give no stars but no option for it! Bought an item for nearly £100 and the goods that was sent was total rubbish. Emailed them for return address, took them 2 weeks after many emails back with trying to entice me to keep the item and discounts. Informed them I wanted a refund and once they receive my returns they kept the product and no refund to date. I have finally registered my complaint with the Financial Ombudsman. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM & PAYPAL SUPPORTS THIS SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST

I tried to return 2 items, they wouldnt let me. Even though I filled out the 2 return forms They canceled once of the returns. On the other items they cam back at me for more pictures even though I had already provided pictures. There is no numbers to call.and no. Email where they will respond. Their clothes are very cheaply made. Sizes are very hit amd miss. The second item was a larger size than my other item but yet it was actually smaller than the item that was one size smaller. In the pictures you can see for the first item that the outside cover is a different color, second photo you can see the larger size item is actually smaller than the item that is a size smaller. Don't waste your money

I've been trying to return a dress. Every time I click "return or exchange" a box comes up to click on the product. Nothing happens. When I asked for help, I was going to be charged a dollar to learn how to return it. I finally found the part to return the dress. They wanted a photo to be uploaded, which I don't know how to do. I've never had a company ask for a picture before returning an item! I don't think they want to have anything returned. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Wow, my clothes were not like picture. I went UP a size and they were tiny, tiny to fit an 7 year old girl. They won't return it until you spend $50 to mail back with tracking to CHINA and they won't get back to you for days. THERE CLOTHES ARE NOT LIKE PICTURES! ORDER NUMBER: *******
I bought two t shirts from them and I couldn't be more sorry that I did. The printing was horrible and when I tried to return them they said I'd have to pay to ship them back to China. Don't use this company.

Very disappointed with the goods that took more than 3 weeks to receive it. It doesn't look any where closer to the pictures posted. They don't want to refund and offering a 10% discount. Don't touch them even with a barge pole. They do not have a place to get some help nor return policy services. Very bad material, bad stitching, I have left with a outfit that I would never wear in a million years... £62.38 is drown the drain! Please watch out for this website.

I ordered a pair of childrens shoes and a pink dress. The shoes were the wrong size and dress was a pair of trousers instead. I've tried contacting customer service for a full refund and was told they don't issue returns labels and I'd need to pay the postage.
I paid £50 for the two items plus an additional £7 for insurance (which there is no mention of on the order.

Very poor quality clothing and sizing guides. Horrendous customer service. Returning items (when you've managed to navigate your way through their complicated return system) to this company is expensive and difficult. Making a return on items that do not fit costs up to £30 to return to Asia. Avoid buying any clothing from them unless you like throwing your money away.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter for a dance competition. The shoes came in the wrong size so I wanted to return them for a full refund but at the same time I ordered a new pair in the right size. When I submitted the request for the refund for the first pair, I received an email that almost sounded like it came from a used car salesman. The email was trying to convince me to keep the shoes at a 10% discounted price or a 20% site credit. The only other option I had was to go through with the refund and pay shipping costs of almost $30 to send back to Asia. Let it be known I also had to pay $17 to get express shipping to begin with. The shoes cost $48. Do the math. At this point I decided to look in Amazon to see if I can find the shoes because my daughter needed them ASAP. I found the shoes so I went back to LightInTheBox and checked my order status which indicated it was still being put together. So I decided I'd cancel because I was going to purchase from Amazon. I get a second email from them telling me that because of a handling fee charged by the "handler" (whatever that means), they can only cancel my order and return only 50% of the price. Of course in the second email they also try to convince me to keep the order in exchange for minor discounts or credits. I want my money back paid in full. I paid them in full when I ordered the items. I expect them to reciprocate. But apparently this is not part of their business practice. This is not smart business on their part. I'm forced to keep something that I will never have use for because I REFUSE to let them keep the item AND keep more than half my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! If you do, do so at your own risk.

I bought multiple t-shirts from here, 3 tops had graphic issues were they had been enlarged too much and they came across pixelated. The customer service process was ridiculous. I had to explain myself a thousand times, they kept asking silly questions like what did you order, when I had sent them the order number, gave them my details, and even sent pictures of the transactions page and the products. They kept trying to avoid a refund until I went through paypal. The refund process states that they will pay for the product to be returned if faulty, however I had to pay £15 to send 3 tops back and get a £40 refund. When you look at I had to pay delivery and now having to pay to send them back without getting the delivery money back. It's not worth the hassle. Even though the tops I received I loved. I did not love the nuisance of their processes and the reluctance to give a refund. I would not buy from these again. Found a better site Redbubble and will be going there from now on to get anime fashion.

Dress looks nothing like the pic, and be prepared to just throw money away. They lie and say an item is a made to order even though it's not and do not allow people to return an item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It's been an absolute nightmare and they prey on customer's desire to get an item for an affordable price.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
