Will not recommend this site to any one

Ordered Clothing. The size is larger than average and has bad quality fabric. I want to return it, This is no use to me. Crap communication with customers, They don't have a contact number for customers to talk to. Whenever I am trying to generate a ticket but it says the site can't be reached. I tried millions of times. Sent them an email as well whatever is available on their website but no response. Will not recommend to anyone buying from their site. At least they should have a customer handling team.

Will never order from them again

Ordered T-shirt and is not as pictured on their website. See pics below. Ordered "anniversary earrings" that look like a dolphins tail, cute, but they do not stay up on the ear as they pictured. The earrings flop down. No customer service contact to discuss products or get a refund.

The Products on this site is cheap crap. They try to remake dress styles-TERRIBLE. The quality is TERRIBLE. I opened the packages and submitted for a refund within the same hour-. They requested photos. WHY? I WANT MY REFUND! THEY ARE HARD UP FOR YOUR MONEY. A friend warned me TOO late I had already placed my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. QUALITY OF PRODUCTS IS TRASH! SAVE YOUR MONEY. If a customer is unhappy with a product why do you have to take photos to prove you are unhappy with the product? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Scam!

I read their return policy before I bought from them. The day I received my dress I tried it on and it looked nothing like the picture. I messaged them right away, they gave me the run around and then nothing. So I sent them a message about how I spent 200 on a dress that doesn't look like the picture or fit properly in the boob area way to big and I'm big cheated and they pretty much tried to claim my order was custom, well if that's the case everything you buy from them would be custom. I never sent measurements. They just wanted to give me. 40% credit. No that's not what your policy stated! It said as long as I messaged yal within 14 days and in good condition I would be able to return it. I will never ever buy from them again s. Total frauds, now I'm stuck with a dress that looks like a 5th grader made it. And out 200 dollars for my engagement pictures!

Lighting the box

Don't buy in this website, this company it's a rip off. I order six irons. It took a one month. When finally I get it, inside the package it was two empty bags and the four irons, I ordered size Small. Size small looks like XL, the material was the most disgusting thing I ever seen in my life. No return label, no way send any massage or contact. I waste $150.00. Thank you for ripping people like that.

Ordered one dress in two sizes for my mother-in-laws birthday. One of them was an XL but instead they shipped me a small. I contacted them immediately to let them know and to get the return shipping details. They first replied saying to keep it and they'll give me a 40% store credit, then they asked me to provide several pictures "showing the issue", then they offered a 50% store credit. I continued to push back because there is nothing I can do with the dress, I was completely within the refund window, and the item had been unused/not tried on, etc. While it did require some back and forth, I was eventually contacted directly and issued a full refund. The other dress that did come in the correct size was great quality for the price, looked great on my mother-in-law and was exactly what she needed for our 70s party. I do think they should consider a more seamless exchange/refund policy for purchases that fit within their refund/exchange criteria.

To be honest as a veteran of online clothing ordering I was expecting to be disappointed yet again. I ordered two dresses in different sizes hoping that at least one would fit. The order arrived in under 3 weeks ( I have waited up to two months for some). The dresses were exactly as pictured and I could find no flaws in them. The material was soft and silky and I LOVE the pockets. To my surprise both dresses although different sizes fit well so bonus! In all it was pretty much a flawless transaction and I will be ordering from them again. The only criticism I would make is their sizing. I worked really hard to get from a CDN size 3X to an 18 ( and lol the journey continues) so it was a bit of a bummer to have to order a 3X or higher to adhere to their sizing chart. I realize they are based in China but they might want to consider updating to a more Western guideline. Other than that I can't say a bad thing about this site although I will update should I encounter any further issues with future orders.

First of all, this is not advertised but the clothes are made and come from China. Expect a fairly lengthy waiting period for your items to arrive. Mine was close to a month and it was not custom made!
Using the measurement guide provided by Light in the Box I ordered an outfit for my mother. Unfortunately when it arrived the top was two sizes too small and the pants were three sizes too small. The quality was fair... not terrible but just ok. They gave me a hard time trying to return it even though my return met all the criteria in their stated return policy. After multiple back and forth emails, they agreed to the return. When I took the item to the post office, postage was going to be close to $80! China was shut down because of a Covid outbreak and the only items that could be accepted into the country had to be sent First Class! With these restrictions, I chalked the shopping experience up as a loss because I didn't trust I'd see the returned funds after spending so much money on the item and then the cost of return postage. Also, my interactions made me very uneasy with the entire transaction. But I learned as well... I'll never ever buy from this company and next time I buy from a company I've never heard of, I will do some research first! And, I'll try to buy American!

Fake products!

I spent $124.79 on this website and all their products were not as advertised and very poor quality. I was sent an email that I have to pay for refunds! Believe the reviews, their outfits are substandard replica of those advertised. Don't waste to money please.

BUYER BEWARE!

Lightinbox peddles inferior quality products that barely resemble the advertised picture. Shipment is delayed, Summer t-shirts ordered are made of not cotton but shiny, sticky, non-breathing polyester material. It is a total health hazard for humid-hot weather. Return process is cumbersome, not customer friendly. Although company specifies a 7 day return for any reason, the preliminary request for permit and return label are denied without explanation. There is no contact phone number to Customer (Dis)Service. Web site chat is not available. No mailing address published. Is this a fly-by-night operation?
I cancelled pending further orders due to the above facts and shocking bad experience. In return I received two emails to offer me 20% off or 30% off toward future purchases. Also, they made a pathetic attempt to convince me not to cancel any prior, unshipped order, stating of their hardship to cancel an order.
I must know: are these employees dense or just plainly slow? Or are they follow an evil, unscrupulous, money-hungry company policy?
Why would I ever want to deal with a scammer? Loosing 100% payment for unacceptable trash does not equate with the offered 20-30% off. And the insult to offer it for future purchases! Never!
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and published my grievances in every social media.

BUYER: BEWARE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE SCAM!

Order a 2 pairs of shoes... looked to see if they were an overseas company - they show a NJ address.
Turns out they are from China - Received the shoes- black die stained the brown shoes plus the brown right shoes and the black right shoe were off center. The middle of the shoe was more right then centered on both pair which says something for there QA. Turn out the shoes sent was not the shoes I ordered. THEY WERE THE WRONG SHOES... then they was to offer me 60% refund - for shoes I could not wear. $65.97 to ship back more then the shoes were worth... DONT BUY FROM CHINA COMPANIES - YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT... Ive attached the shoes and the order form which has the correct shoes that I was suppose to receive. They have done nothing to correct the situiation and all its cost me was additional money.

2nd Review - Yes, I gave them a second chance. Bought a cute t-shirt (real cheap) and I wear a 2xl and thought I'd buy a 5xl to make sure it fit. After all it did say it was 55" across. Guess what?! Too small. Not going to contact them on this because it was cheap and it's not worth the trouble. They won't get a 3rd chance with me.
1st Review - (they gave me a full refund after seeing my review) Overpriced Junk - I bought a dress that turned out be to extremely low quality, I knew I was taking a chance buying from this china based company. The cost with s/h was approx. $30.00. To return it would have cost me approx. $40.00. After about 15 emails to and from, they gave me $16.00 back. They really wanted me to jump through some hoops to prove I had the dress. I did not have to return the dress, but I would not wear it either. It didn't fit for one thing (in the body yes, in the shoulders and arms - no) and it's so low quality it looks like I made it myself and I can't sew. I got rid of the dress and I can't find it on their site now or I would provide pictures.
