Didn't realise these items would be coming from CHINA. Obviously arrived too late for my holiday!
Upon opening package on my return home I was absolutely disgusted! The two dresses were immediately thrown into the rubbish bin... the cheap flimsy fabric was not even good enough to be used as dusters and I did not think they were even worth my time and money paying to return all the way to China with the very high possibility that I would not get any of my money back (as read in reviews since I ordered). I will NEVER use this company again and will obviously spread the word!
I ordered couple of shirts from this site. First the quality is no good t all second they make it really difficult to return any items. As all their goods is coming from CHINA! And you have to pay for the shipping.! Be Aware

Just recently discovered LightintheBox and I LOVE IT. The selection is great and their prices can't be beat - the best. The shipping is very quick, usually within 24 hours. If you have a problem, customer service is there to help you out. I certainly have no complaints.
This company does not accept returns. Falsely advertises easy returns. When a return is requested they use many excuses and arguments to deny the return and refund, all to their benefit. When the customer increases the complaint then they are willing to give partial refund or store credit. This company scams customers and has an argument for everything. Quality of products is not great either. DO NOT BUY!,

I have limited mobility and find it difficult to shop in stores so I buy most of my clothes online. I recently purchased two dresses from LightIn TheBox online for $34.52, (order no. **************). When they arrived, I discovered they did not fit, so I tried to return them for a refund. The website instructions were unclear and confusing. I clicked on the customer support link which I mistakenly assumed was affiliated with the company. It was not. The service was called Helpinseconds and they did help me navigate through the LightIn TheBox return process to request a return label for the dresses. However, I belatedly discovered this service cost me $49!
The next day I received an email from LightIn TheBox stating they will not provide a free shipping label and I will have to pay the postage to send the dresses back to China. Their estimated shipping cost was 10- $30.
Assuming I get a full refund, which is unlikely given the difficult return process, I could end up spending $113.52 with no confidence that I will get the original $34 cost refunded.
I recommend not purchasing anything from LightIn TheBox if you may consider returning it.

Reclamé. Ellos se tenían que hacer cargo de los gastos de devolución por haber sido error de ellos. Me dieron la alternativa de que me los quedara y ellos me daban un vale del 70% del precio del pantalón. Aún sabiendo que era una pequeña trampa, acepté y pedí otros pantalones de otro estampado y talla 5XL. Sin embargo me enviaron unos idénticos a la s que me habían enviado la primera vez.
El asunto aún está por resolver.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
