I ordered ( after consulting the web site size guide) a size larger than my usual size. The item they sent me was so small I can't even get it over my head/ shoulders. Never mind the crappy crunchy-feeling fabric. Customer service did reply promptly but their only solution was that I must send it to China ( even tho shipped to me from Chatham) and I'm must pay for tracking. That will cost as much as the item did! Oh- or I can keep the crappy tunic and get 25% off my next purchase. Ha! There will never be a next purchase.

When I received my order, there was not an invoice in the package. There was also no mention of the return policy anywhere on my online receipt. The items I ordered did not fit. I notified LightInTheBox 11 days after I received them and was told that I could not exchange the clothing or get a refund. The reason I was given was that the return policy was within 7 days! I have never done business with a company that has such a narrow time period for returning/exchanging items. BEWARE - don't wait too long to return/exchange any items. I will never shop there again!

Lighrinthebix scamme out of $63.03 I order some sandal on July 12 2022 they haven't even sent my shoes as of yet and today is July 21 2022 they close my account I been emailing them like 17 times no reply back this is the worst scamming company ever dont order nothing from them cause u will be just like scammed out your money I filed a police report and a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back from lightinthebox I found out this company is owned by Chinese ppl and they usually the ones that scam u out your money this company need 2 be $#*! down am also reporting them 2 bbb fic they gotta be stop stealing ppl money lightinthebox are scammers beware Chinese ppl always scam u and this is a Chinese company my bank doing a investigation they not gonna get away with this am tired of these scamming companies like lightinthebox taking our money scammers

I ordered a potential mother of the bride outfit in a standard size. When it arrived it was not the colour I expected and it was poorly made. When I requested a refund I was told this was not possible as it was a "made to order" item. I deliberately did not order the item as made to measure, this is an option, as I thought it may be difficult to return. Never did I think a standard size order would be unreturnable. I am now left with an expensive outfit that I will never wear so I advise anyone to not touch this company.

Dress made strangely! Some parts too large & some too small. Color & style not what was pictured. Will not wear it. Don't order no matter how cheap. If you want to return you have to pay shipping to CHINA!

The size was way larger than a size 8 as advertised, and the quality of the material is really, really cheap. On trying to make a return they insist on a return to china at customer expense (must be tracked) and also do not refund the full fee. So of my £57.25 purchase they only offer a refund of £50.25, and the cost of return is £12.50, so in effect £37.75 is my actual refund amount. They also tried to say I only have 7 days rather than the statutory 14 days stipulated by UK law, and it took 3 emails over 4 days just to get a return address. This is a thoroughly disreputable company, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a gown for my wedding, 40 days later no gown arrived, company does not have a phone # to call, I've sent numerous emails requesting a refund since they have my money & I have no dress but they don't/won't respond. I find the postage costs a little high.
I returned a dress that was too small. It's been several months and they are just now telling me it was not returnable. I was NEVER told this up front, nor was the return policy listed anywhere until about the fifth communication between me and the company. Now I'm out $ approximately $100 for the dress, $25 for original shipping and $40 for return shipping! I HATE LightInTheBox!

La soluciones que me dan con respecto a la petición de cambio de talla de la prenda que compré por ser excesivamente grande es, bien mandar dicha prenda de vuelta a sus almacenes, cuyo coste deberá ser a mi cargo y supera el precio de su compra, o bien quedarme la prenda (inservible para mí por ser mucho mayor a mi talla) y resarcirse con un "vale ridículo" por el 10% de lo q me costó.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
