In general my order was fine. One shirt had 3XL but fitted my daughter of 20years and therefore was way too small for my husband although other 3xl´s were big enough. 1 shirt was like someone just took a pair of sissors and cut out some holes for neck and body... really poor quality and bad design.
But all the other items were fine, perhaps a bit small gor a 3XL but quality was considering the price, very OK! Delivery time was fine, although no track and tracé. I will orde more for sure.

I ordered some things from this company, and being nothing remotely close to a seamstress, I could have done 1000 times better! They put pictures up on their site and, from what I received, have someone here in the states at ******* 149th Ave in Springfield Gardens, NY ******* shipping it! It was so far beyond junk sewn and thrown together it was ridiculous! When I wanted to return it, they tried to offer me discounts to keep it because, "it would be between $10 and $40 to return it to CHINA! They mandate you return that junk to China to beat you out of your money! It would have cost me $78 to send items I paid $100 for back! So, they won and THAT'S THE SCAM! Nothing on their site is original and someone in the states is throwing it together and shipping it from that address! DO NOT waste your money because they've got you once you pay! Buyer BEWARE! Anyone, unable to thread a needle, will do far better than they did! Stay far away from these overseas/in state CRIMINALS! Poor stitching, uneven pant legs... HORRIBLE! Pure garbage is what I received and got stuck with!
I ordered a yoga set -The pants are TOO SMALL & the top is TOO BIG! POOR SIZING and this coming from someone who ALWAYS gets sizing correct. The fabric does not breathe. These people WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!

I have to question all reviews that give these guys any kind of good rating. Shipping is slow. The products do not look anything like they did on their site. They are pixelated poor quality prints on low quality shirts that don't fit right. Save your money and find something somewhere else.

Please do not waste your money. I ordered a dress thinking it would fit but it did not fit so well. It really was too tight. When I tried to get a refund they offered me 3 options without refunding me for my purchase. They wouldn't even give me a return label to send back to the manufacturer. Please beware of their sell tactics.

I ordered what looked like quality product, larger than I would normally (XL), to ensure it would fit. Unfortunately, not only was it sized more as a medium -- wouldn't even go over my chest, but the fabric is thin and see-through -- not appropriate for the office. Two of the blouses came so wrinkled that I don't think the lines will ever come out. When I tried to return the stuff the next day, it wouldn't let me select all the product at once -- it wasn't clear if the full order would go through so I was forced to do a form for each piece purchased (way too much hassle). Then I had to wait to get the return approved! Ridiculous. Then I received an email that I have to return the product to China at my own time and expense as they refuse to provide a return label. Why should I have to pay to return their junk or return it to China, when it was shipped from their warehouse in the US? Actually, why should I have to pay to return junk at all? Save your money this is a scam that sells cheap product and makes it a headache so people are discouraged from going to the trouble, which is probably how they stay in business. BEWARE!

Their products are great, but as a size 12 UK, I bought a bikini size XL which was a 38 by lightinthebox size chart. I reckon the bikini would fit a size 8 or tight size 10. To return it has to be posted back to China at buyer's cost (expensive!) despite it being posted from a UK address. Shame really. Would not buy again because of this. Stuck with a tiny bikini!

I asked for a reshipping of the correct item as I have received the wrong item from the very first time. I paid for the blazers and not some rubbish shirt! They said they will reshipped the correct item but when I received the delivery again, it's the exact same wrong item again! Such a bunch of scammers! Waste of money and time!

I ordered 2 tankini's which took about 3 weeks to arrive. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. Looks like they try to copy the swimwear with poor quality material. Shocking they get away with this. The fit was dreadful, it would not fit anyone. I'm asking for a full refund so hope to get my £41 back. The pictures show what I ordered beside what I received.

I purchased 2 dresses from Lightinthebox and was very disappointed in the quality. I failed to check their return policy BEFORE I purchased these items. It seems that I have to send the dresses back to China even though the dresses came from a New York address. The cost of sending the dresses back is about $16.00 to $40.00 not including tracking the package which would be another $50.00. The company offered me 40-50% discount on future orders if used within 3 months. Needless to say, I am stuck with 2 very cheaply made dresses BUT I have learned my lesson. NEVER buy anything unless you have a clear understanding of the return policy. Their return policy has short time window and makes it more costly to return the product than the product is worth!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
