Don't buy from this company unless your order is one hundred (100%) correct as they don't do exchanges or refunds. They will give you a credit up to 25% of what you paid thus ripping you off the other 75%. This is a major ripoff if you make a mistake or the product isn't what you want. They do give you an option to return for a full refund but you are responsible for the international shipping back to China that cost more than the item so they are easy to get your money back hence the ripoff company if your order is wrong in anyway.
Update as 8/5/2022 - This is from the company as I have posted this review on several sites. As you can see, they want me to remove the review in order to get my refund. I will not remove my review in order to get the refund. I find this appalling as they are wanting to look good when they do wrong.

I ordered clothes on the 29th of May. Today is 31 July, clothes have not arrived. They had promised quick delivery within 2weeks. Now they blame a non existent pandemic. Other Chinese online shops are delivering efficiently so bad excuse.

I ordered a mural which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The resolution was terrible for the size and it was blue where it should have been grey. When I emailed them they tried to tell me it was a painting when it clearly was just a print and then tried to offer me 20% discount. I said that I wanted 100% refund but they said I had to return it to China at my own cost. Really unhappy.

Never got my merchandise-waiting close to August for sandals that were supposed to be shipped in April! Can't get a refund-just repeated misinformation emails that it was first received, then lost with coupons to waste more money on their subpar service. I had to do the work to share their incorrect tracking records and have to jump through hoops every time I communicate with them because they close my help ticket when they reply-not when the issue is resolved. Don't waste your time and money with Light In The Box!
The items I've received are awful. They smell and look NOTHING like the pictures. I do NOT recommend. You also have to jump through hoops to complain or return something. Shouldn't be that complicated. Horrible
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
