I ordered a dress, when i paid it says 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. 2 days after my order i had it home! Love it!
I ordered something and there was and issue with the delivery. The postal service returned the package to light in the box (had a tracking number so we know they got it back)so I contacted them and asked if I repaid the shipping would they send it again they offered me a coupon toward another purchase. I want the item I already bought and paid for. I have not heard from them again and there's no phone number to call them. Save your money shop elsewhere.
I ordered a few clothes on 6/4/22 but have not received my order by now 8/3/22. I kept trying to contact them for more than a month but still no solution yet. I asked if I can cancel my order but they say they only refund 50% of the money. Then I told them they can re-send it to me if I can receive my order within 10 days. So far, no response, no product.

Too many issues with LightInTheBox. First, the quality of the dresses I received are horrendous. The images on the LightInTheBox website do not at all resemble what you receive. Please refer to images attached. And yes, these items really did arrive looking like the wrinkle ball that is shown in picture. Next, prior to shipping out my order I requested they remove an item. They ignored the request and shipped the item along with the other items. Lastly, I requested a return. My bad in not reviewing their return policy more closely, however, who would have thought a company would charge for a shipping return these days, much less to CHINA? My advice, shop somewhere else where the quality is a priority, and shipping cost returns are happily accepted, as is with most US companies.

I ordered a Women's Swing Dress for $16 which was received in a timely manner. The dress did not look like the one advertised, thin fabric with no hem. I am unable to return this dress by their system. Was told not to return it the address on the pkg and no invoice included. I do not recommend them for anything! Items come from China and was told I'd have to pay postage for return.

I ordered XXL shirts and they are too small. That's never a problem for me. XXL always fits a little loose which is what I prefer. These shirts are tight! I asked for an exchanged and you would think I'm trying to return a car. They won't pay for return freight unless you PROVE the sizing is wrong. And even then, they want to reimbuse you for freight... maybe. Amazon? They send a call tag with no questions asked. I'll stick with them from now on.

Very beautiful shoes but they are a little Hard, not very confortable. I reveived them in a very short time
I immedialty followed the return process, which is almost impossible to find the return process. The shirts were shipped from New York but I have to send back to CCP at my shipping expense - about the cost of the product. I can't send it back to New York at a fraction of the cost to China. The they offered to refund a partion of the cost and I can keep the shirts - what am I going to do with these cheap looking shirts? Donated them to Goodwill?
I declined and filed a complaint with PayPal [5K*******LM*******N], pending.
My PayPay message:
"I feel like Light in th Box (Box) is a fraud. Box sells cheap products made in CCP and when I call Box out (inferior shirts) they make it a [basically] no return policy and hope I'll accept their refund without returning to the origional shipper in New York. Box wants me to pay the expense to return back to China at the cost of the product. Box is a theft and the NY AG ought to investagate them and PayPal ought to stop using Box. I want to retun the shirts back to the shipper in New York and get a full refund. If box is a reputable company, they should pay for return shipping and get a full refund. If Box doesn't, then they are a scammer. I was a sucker - caveat emptor (buyer beware) from Light in the Box"

I ordered, after reading reviews, 2 sizes of a maxi-dress. On purpose! Hoping one would fit perfect and one to make more skirt. More material: also because of reading in the reviews that the material is very thin. It did turn out exactly as expected: I am 1.86 meter long. Length is perfect for me (XL). The XXL: using for extra skirt. I am very happy with it.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
