Guys, do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from this company. I ordered five items according to their size charts and they were all INCHES smaller than their size charts.
Not only that, but they will accuse you of lying when you tell them their clothes don't match their size charts. Then, they make returns next to impossible to do and make you jump through ridiculous hoops just to get your "ticket approved"for a return, for which you must pay shipping. Even though the company lies outright about their sizes.
I'll give an example. This sweater is supposed to be 51.25" around the bust area, but as you can see, the tape measure indicates that it's just short of 24" across the bust on the front. To get the full number, you take that once across of 24" and multiply it by two to get that this sweater isn't even 48" at the bust — but they market it as being 51.25" — complete inaccuracy.
I could believe it was an error if it were one item, but all of the items were like this. One was close enough that I decided to keep it.

I ordered $184 in shirts, paid for them, and they sent my order to a address that I did not give them.
I emailed them for 2 months wondering where my order was. Finally they told me that my order was sent, but to the wrong address and now want me to send them more money to resend my package.

Although I was totally unhappy about receiving 2 wigs very different from what I ordered, I am happy and satisfied with the resolution. Light in the Box is issuing me a full refund and I don't have to return the items due to the cost of returning things to China. This company has good products at good prices, and although I probably won't buy wigs from them, I will buy other items from them because they are very conscientious about their reputation, and I appreciate that.
Buying the product was not that hard. Returning is a different story. While shopping you would never guess that if you need to return your item it will need to be sent to China. My cost would be 29.00 to send it back. Not worth it on a $40 item which I am assuming is what they are hoping for. I will not use this site again

I purchased 3 dresses, which arrived in early July 2022. Total cost £59.81 inclusive of delivery.
I returned the dresses on 8 July 2022 - using the complex 'return ticket' procedure. (They strongly encourage you to take a discount against future orders.)
The goods were returned to Jiaxing in China at a cost to me of £19.50 (they insist the return is via the post office)
The credit came through to my account on 10 August at £48.26.
So beware! £59.81 plus return postage £19.50 = £79.31 For a credit of £48.26.
Quite expensive for nothing!

I ordered a golf shirt online - it was cheap and I should have realised that the quality would be low. The material was unwearable - looks great from 5 paces but it is poorly printed - the material is terrible, the printing has marks in three different spots, sweat inducing and badly cut.
I tried to get a refund - they make you jump through hoops and then just don't respond - in the end I felt it better to cut my losses and throw it in the bin - not worth the stress and extra cost to send it back.
I didn't even want to put it in the poor box and it is only at the end of the street.
My advice- you get what you pay for - leave lightin the box alone and go to the local store.

I use the LightInTheBox to do purchase some women clothes and they have delivered it in time to my home country without any delay and the packaging was very very good and intact. Highly recommended for all the international shopper. Try it out. You won't regret. Loved it.
I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

I have bought three luxury dresses and three skirts from LIGHT IN THE BOX on the day 28th of July/2022.
I have seen informations on the tracking site Colis Service delivery that my package was sent to the Post Office, but I did not received any paper with reference number to collect my packages from the Post Office in my Mailbox.
I also didn't receive any informations about the delivery on my e-mail.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
