Absolutely a scam. Product advertised as a Cotton shirt not a cheap and nasty Polyester received. Impossible to contact as their systems to returns/complain do not work.

I ordered 4 dresses and paid for the fastest shipping, which was not fast at all. I then had to pay an additional fee for customs. When I finally received the dresses, 4 weeks later, the quality of the material was a very cheap polyester and the sizes did not fit. The sizing is very confusing. I am normally a 'medium' but based on the information on the site, ordered an XXL and they were too big.
I am very disappointed by this service overall and will not use them again.

Within 30 minutes of receiving my order from LightInTheBox I contacted them about a return/refund as the upper arms on the chiffon jacket were extremely tight. I am normally a size 6 and ordered a size 8 as I wanted it loose. Also, the clasp of the necklace I ordered was broken.
Customer service responds advising it may take 5-7 days to review my ticket. 2 days later they respond asking for more details. 4 days later they respond saying the jacket is made to order and say nothing about the necklace. 2 days later they tell me that it is now too late for a refund as it had to be within 7 days despite the fact that I started my return/refund request immediately.
Update: LightInTheBox has subsequently contacted me and are processing a refund for the faulty items. They have also advised that I do not need to return the items, which I appreciate as the fee to return them was going to be $20-40. Thank you LightInTheBox.

Ordered 4 XXL ( USA) swim trunks. Received 4 that were Asian XXL) medium in the USA. No phone contact number. Went thru web site. I had to send them pictures of the item and barcode. Advised me to send them back to China via regular mail. I would have to pay the postage to China. You got to be friggin kidding me. I will never purchase from them again, And will never recommend them.

I paid extra for express delivery of the shall, however it arrivedA WEEK LATE and THEY MAKE NO REFUND! This was bought for a special occassion, and the cost of delivery was twice the price of the shall. Since it did not arrive on time, I asked for a full refund, including the costs of delivery, since time is of the essence in this specific transaction. However to my amasment, not only do they refuse to refund the costs of delivery, they now told me they will not refund the costs of the item. This is crazy. I will never buy from this company again (this was my first and last time!). By the way, the color and fabric are very different than the photos on site.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
