Avoid at all cost

Quite disappointed. I bought a bodycon from this website, the size is smaller than average. The hip and bust area are too tight while the waist is loose. I hope to fix it a bit myself. After turning the dress inside out, my mom and I find out that this dress has been loosened before. Thus, the seam is too small and alteration is impossible. I also bought a set of pearl jelwery which includes a necklace and a bracelet. They have differrent colors. One is white while the other one is offwhile. Thus, I cannot not wear them as a set. Return or exchange will be very expensive since I have to pay the shipping fee.
The worst thing is I made another order with this site (100$) as a gift for my relative. I placed the second order before receiving the 1st one since the shipping time is usually long. I didnt expected that the quality is so low.

UPDATE
I change from 1 star from 3 stars for Chloe from Customer Service. She got back to my complain pretty quick and gave some options to solve my problem. None of these options satisfied me. Fee for shipping the items back is equal to the value of the item. I accepted 40% of the order's value refunded to me as a kind of voucher which I can use in the next order. However, I don't really want to buy anything online anymore. Very dissapointed.
I will wait for my second order to sèe if the quality is better.

I ordered a formal dress online, size 8. It was more like a size 4. Tried to return it, tags still attached, next day after it arrived. They said this item is not returnable! No reason. So I am $200 in the whole. NEVER would I trust this company. Very disappointed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service or file a return ticket on their site. There isn't even a phone number! My dress didn't fit and no one got back to my email for help. You only have 7 days to return and have to pay shipping, not that I was able to anyway. Also, it was also nothing like the website picture. It looked so cheap! I have never had a worse online ordering experience. This company is NOT LEGITIMATE!

Never received order!

I ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding and am angry that I have not received them. The Light in the Box site states it was delivered but it NEVER was! The post office says they have NO tracking number I was given in their system! This place is a scam! They steal your money! I was just on the Better Business Bureau site and there are numerous complaints against Light in the Box! They stole over $80 from me, and I am angry. The only reason I put 1 star on is because I couldn't post this unless I did!

Can NOT return items

I have spent many, many dollars on clothes and jewelry from this company and I was pleased with the quality and price of their products... Until my last $99 order. I ordered five dresses and none of them fit. Ordering the wrong size was my fault, but I expected to be able to return or exchange the dresses and buy others. Their instructions for returns are clear, but when I try to follow the instructions, they do not work.

I have no choice but to accept the loss of my money since I can't return them, but they will never get an order from me again. BEWARE!

I ordered a dress 02. 07. 22 received 04.08.22.The item was not suitable and I applied for a refund.The reply was so confusing: I needed to log in to my correct email address I needed to submit a ticket? Is my item within the warranty time frame? If I chose to have a refund from China it would be over my warranty time limit. If I kept the dress and bought something else from this firm they would give me a 60% discount If I kept it but didn't buy anything I would receive a 50% refund. All I would like is to be able to return this item I have purchased from other firms but never had all these problems. I certainly will not use this firm again.
