I placed my first order with Light in the Box, but the shirt I ordered was too big versus their size guide, and I wanted to return it for a smaller size. Since I inquired about an exchange, LIB has done everything possible not to facilitate an exchange. Even suggested I keep the shirt that doesn't fit because they did not want to pay for shipping back to China. They even asked me to show proof that the shirt didn't fit. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again, and I suggest others follow suit.

I ordered four items, 2 medium dresses and 2 large bathing suits. I got one dress and one bathing suit delivered first. Neither fit properly with the dress being too big and the bathing suit too small. I wanted to return both for a refund but after a few requests the best they would offer was a credit of 16.61. These two items cost 33.20 plus shipping. The other dress and bathing suit came and fit perfectly so this implies their clothes were not sized properly. Since I am out half the money I paid for these 2 items this makes the two items that fit very expensive. Due to this refund policy (or lack of) I will not order again.

Unfortunately I purchased from this site! Found on Tik Tok thought it was like Shein. First red flag the price discounted was not actual price. My checkout order initially of $66. Came out to be actually $166. With shipping. When I finally received my order I noticed all that all items were made of cheap polyester, they were poorly made, uncomfortable to wear. I was extremely disappointed. The fabric felt like I was wearing a Halloween costume. The "distressed" jeans looked like they used a fork to make scratches. The buttons felt like cheap aluminum. The pictures on site portrayed the models wearing actual jeans with flower detail, these were nothing like advertised, these "jeans" were not denim, they were cheap synthetic polyester with absolutely no stretch, cheap zipper and cheap button closure. The site adversities fake discounts Example: My shirt advertised as $6.99, I was charged $17.99. All of my items were upcharged from original marked down advertised price (receipts below) I had a horrible time trying to return, wound up spending $62. To ship it back to China! Will never buy from site again. Informing everyone not to buy from this site, it's a scam! I'll be lucky if I get my refund in 2-4 weeks!
Update: I was contacted by LightInTheBox team who told me they would issue an immediate refund. Then a day later contacted again stating once they receive package (God only knows when) they will then submit refund. I am gearing up to contact my credit card to submit a claim! Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted! Buyers BEWARE! This site makes you believe your getting a deal, but they are really ripping you off with cheap poorly made garbage from China. Good luck to anyone who wants to return, your better off cutting your losses and burning it!
Shirt is Way small. Very disappointed. Not a 3x I was looking forward to this shirt for vacation. Need to return and never buy from you again.

Ordered gray overalls--they were so thin and see through you could see my skin. VERY cheap and flimsy material and misleading advertising. I also ordered a white dress with flowers and the pattern was only on the front of the dress! The entire back of the dress was just plain white material, It looks hideous and it's also completely see through like crepe paper. Do not waste your money or time and do not believe the reviews their employees write. Oh and good luck trying to return something. It will cost you more then the product.

HORRIFIC SERVICE! CHINA COMPANY. It took FOUR MONTHS to "resolve" with only partial refund, after spending $65 to ship return to China. They should pay ME for the TIME I spent in correspondence.

I ordered a pair of low heeled shoes for my wedding. Shipping was fast, and easy to track. The shoes look amazing despite being affordable.
I love the design of the clothes. I got the package very quickly. However, although i ordered everything the same size, only 40% suited. While the rest were too big!

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
