This company states general return policies, but when trying to return under such policies, they introduce new terms that essentially make the return impossible. Sadly, this was my first order and I cannot trust the company's products and practices right out of the box - enlightening. Also, not completely disclosing the return policies until after the customer has ordered gives the appearance of deception, if not fraud. I would not have ordered the item if the return policy had completely stated - in an obvious way and location - all of the impossible terms. Doubtful I will ever order from them again - because I would need to be absolutely sure the item would work, work for me, and be exactly as described - BEFORE ORDERING IT. Basically, these things are impossible - as are their return policies. RUN, don't walk, away from this company.

The images on the web have an effect, as soon as received the 3D t-shirts are faded, the colors almost do not hit anything. Even with the same sizes they have different sizes: they tell you that they are made in different factories... They describe the fabrics as MEDIUM ELASTICIZED and then it is ZERO ELASTICIZED, labels DO NOT exist, no additional sheets for washing and / or ironing.
If you decide to make a return they offer 3 options
1. You keep the shirt and we'll give you a 10% refund
2. You keep the shirt and we'll give you a 20% discount on your next purchase
3. You return the shirt to us and we will refund you
Having paid with Paypal and having reimbursed the cost of the return up to a maximum of € 33, I asked to give me an address where to ship: THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO YOU AS IT COST TOO MUCH TO SHIP TO CHINA (€ 4 by post office and € 27 by courier)
PAYPAL DISPUTE OPEN
In short, save your money, they are ONLY on the web
I do not recommend this site to anyone

Following my very critical review Chloe opened a new ticket and was responsive and helpful. I can't give more than 2 stars because the issues I encountered with the site and the process are the same and you need commitment and patience to get a refund, not to mention returning the items and initially covering the cost of tracked postage. My advice would be to screen shot all conversations and take photographs of everything. Once you find the ticket icon make sure you respond only on one ticket. The initial responses when you first try and return are automated, it was only after my review on here that I was contacted by a person! However to be fair, they have refunded the cost of my dress and the £24 return postage, and it would appear that people who don't need to return items seem happy with their purchases.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Shipping took awhile but that was ok. The dress arrived and despite looking at the sizing chart before ordering the size I received was way too small and most definitely not equivalent to a UK size 12. The material is cheap and nothing about the item is as described. Within 10 minutes of trying the dress I was on the website trying to organise a refund. They clearly don't want people to find this information as it's a torturous process and even having found it I then needed to download the app. You then have to request a customer service rep to assess your refund. BUT if you put as I did the primary reason as the item not fitting I was then told the dress was custom made and non refundable. I was offered a 20% credit for a site I would never ever use again in a million years. This whole set up is seriously suspect, they don't appear to adhere to any consumer rights laws and for anyone thinking of taking a chance on them DON'T DO IT. I'm over £130 out of pocket. Dreadful.

Exchange Refusal

I placed my first order with Light in the Box, but the shirt I ordered was too big versus their size guide, and I wanted to return it for a smaller size. Since I inquired about an exchange, LIB has done everything possible not to facilitate an exchange. Even suggested I keep the shirt that doesn't fit because they did not want to pay for shipping back to China. They even asked me to show proof that the shirt didn't fit. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again, and I suggest others follow suit.

Disappointed

I ordered four items, 2 medium dresses and 2 large bathing suits. I got one dress and one bathing suit delivered first. Neither fit properly with the dress being too big and the bathing suit too small. I wanted to return both for a refund but after a few requests the best they would offer was a credit of 16.61. These two items cost 33.20 plus shipping. The other dress and bathing suit came and fit perfectly so this implies their clothes were not sized properly. Since I am out half the money I paid for these 2 items this makes the two items that fit very expensive. Due to this refund policy (or lack of) I will not order again.

Do not trust

Unfortunately I purchased from this site! Found on Tik Tok thought it was like Shein. First red flag the price discounted was not actual price. My checkout order initially of $66. Came out to be actually $166. With shipping. When I finally received my order I noticed all that all items were made of cheap polyester, they were poorly made, uncomfortable to wear. I was extremely disappointed. The fabric felt like I was wearing a Halloween costume. The "distressed" jeans looked like they used a fork to make scratches. The buttons felt like cheap aluminum. The pictures on site portrayed the models wearing actual jeans with flower detail, these were nothing like advertised, these "jeans" were not denim, they were cheap synthetic polyester with absolutely no stretch, cheap zipper and cheap button closure. The site adversities fake discounts Example: My shirt advertised as $6.99, I was charged $17.99. All of my items were upcharged from original marked down advertised price (receipts below) I had a horrible time trying to return, wound up spending $62. To ship it back to China! Will never buy from site again. Informing everyone not to buy from this site, it's a scam! I'll be lucky if I get my refund in 2-4 weeks!
Update: I was contacted by LightInTheBox team who told me they would issue an immediate refund. Then a day later contacted again stating once they receive package (God only knows when) they will then submit refund. I am gearing up to contact my credit card to submit a claim! Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted! Buyers BEWARE! This site makes you believe your getting a deal, but they are really ripping you off with cheap poorly made garbage from China. Good luck to anyone who wants to return, your better off cutting your losses and burning it!

You were warned

Ordered gray overalls--they were so thin and see through you could see my skin. VERY cheap and flimsy material and misleading advertising. I also ordered a white dress with flowers and the pattern was only on the front of the dress! The entire back of the dress was just plain white material, It looks hideous and it's also completely see through like crepe paper. Do not waste your money or time and do not believe the reviews their employees write. Oh and good luck trying to return something. It will cost you more then the product.

HORRIFIC SERVICE! CHINA COMPANY. It took FOUR MONTHS to "resolve" with only partial refund, after spending $65 to ship return to China. They should pay ME for the TIME I spent in correspondence.
