I bought XL. I am a 5.10 size 16 & the top was a little tight over the tummy area but otherwise a lovely swimsuit/tankini - great material & colours

I had ordered a dress as a gift. When the dress arrived, it wasn't the same as in the picture. The colors were "muddy" compared to the vibrant colors in the picture. Also, the dress was of poor-quality material and ill-fitting.
I requested returning the dress and asked for a full refund. LightInTheBox insisted to get any refund, I would have to ship the dress to China at my own expense, not the US address the dress came from. That means I would be spending more money on shipping than I would be getting as a refund. There is no legal reason I should not be returning the dress to the address it was shipped from. LightInTheBox has refused to give a full refund unless I do this. They have only offered a partial refund of the value of the item only.
LightInTheBox has displayed on its website that it has a policy of "Satisfaction Guaranteed", but they don't keep their word.
I STRONGLY discourage anyone from doing business with this company due to the unusable product and their unaccpetable business practices.

Please believe us that our company is in China and our warehouse as well. The address on package, the US address, is only USPS's warehouse. We are global trade company so we have to use the internatiaonl logistics to send the package to you.
From previous communication with other customer service, i found that Rose has refunded the money to your store credit to avoid the hassel of returning the product. If you want to withdraw them, i can help you. Is there anything else that i can help you to solve?

UPDATE: I wanted to add to my review that the product was a quality product. After hearing from the company that they actually had a sizing chart, which if I had read it I would have discovered their sizing was significantly smaller than American sizing. I've learned my lesson and will check next time.
The 3XL pants I received for my 6'4" husband are way too short and way too small for his frame. I am told I need to send them back to China? Won't this cost as much as the pants that I purchased? It was my mistake to order from them. I should have read the reviews.

My pants was the same as picture but with delivery cost it became so expensive. It wasn't worth it. Regarding this reason I would prefer to not use this website anymore.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
