It's good item. As per my order which I did.
While a little late
I accessed their online store through Amazon. I had bought several nice tapestries from them on the Amazon website. The selection was fantastic so I ordered several more tapestries, especially one of a field of sunflowers that I wanted to hang in the Hospice room of a dear friend. Order's from Light in the Box can take weeks to get delivered. I received a delivery notice only to find an empty mailbox, so I tried to get in touch with their customer service after checking with the mail curriers and the post office, even left a note asking my neighbors to contact me if they got something that they didn't order. That took about a week, and after not finding it I contacted the customer service center at Light in the Box through their app. They again said that it was delivered but said that they would ship another one to me, telling me to expect shipping delays. That was in July, I had decided to give it to the family of my friend in remembrance of my friend. I contacted customer service again and they said they had more news about my order, it had been returned and and all that I had to do was pay for shipping again and no link about how to do that! They included the shipping information and it showed that they had received the return just 4 days after it had been delivered to my mailbox. No one from that company had contacted me even though I had been inquiring about the replacement that they promised. I still have no idea about how to get them to ship it, or even how to pay for it! It breaks my heart that I wasn't able to give it to my friend.
Dress bad quality. When you receivef the product no macht whit listing photos. If you want to do a return they didn't sent to you the return label. If you purchase here take in consideration that you no will receive a return you will lost your money.

This company is a bait and switch company. The products are poorly make and they make a return of the items cost more than the original cost. I ordered about $200 in dresses for a wedding and none fit, quality was horrible and they did not even look like the advertisement of product on line. Save yourself money and aggravation do not order from this company. THE COST TO RETURN WAS OVER 60.00$ They DO NOT REPRESENT AND DELIVER what they promise in their ads. Alles Gut habe die gelieferte Ware wie versprochen bekommen.
Which is worse; The poor quality of the material, or the John out and basically impossible return process?
While the cotton material was acceptable, the pieces that I got that have polyester in them irritated the heck out of my skin after having them on for 30 seconds. It has been a eight step process to try to get a return down, and now I finally finally, I'm getting 20% of my cash back, Eventually. But when it does finally process in three or four weeks it is going to be credited to my account in their store at which time I have to apply to withdraw to have my credit card reimbursed.
Everyone is trying to save money right now and that's what I was trying to do. I do understand that you get what you pay for, but I think I'll pay a little bit more and get a quality product and quality customer service.

I have ordered from LightInTheBox seceral times over the years with mainly positive experiences. Customer service usually replies quickly, most orders have been sent out and arrived fairly quickly; this one came swiftly. The quality tends to be good, I was satisfied with everything in my order. One item was a bit off sizing according to the size chart.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
