I was not pleased with the quality of the cargo pants. They are more about fashion (though poor at that) than function. The zipper is just for looks. There are only two "cargo" pockets. The fabric is way too light. The bottom part of the leg has these rings hanging on fabric that have no function. When I tried to return them, there was no easy way to find the return or exhange section. I had to chat three times and still am told I have to wait 24 hours after a return ticket is initiated to access the return address! There are no instructions on the return ticket when it's initiated. I will have to log into my account 24 hours later. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Under no circumstances would I ever purchase anything from this company again.
I purchased two pairs of men's sandals on 08/13/22. After what seemed like an eternity, I finally received them only to find that they were of low quality, not quite the same as the picture on the web site, and uncomfortable.
When I began the process of trying to return the sandals, the nightmare began. The company obviously did not want me to return them and so began negotiating for me to keep them. Basically, they offered to give me only 50% of my money back or a 70% credit toward a future purchase. At this point, I was frustrated and was not interested in purchase anything else. So when trying to return them, I was told that there was no US address to return them to - and that I would have to ship them back to China directly. I checked with my local post office and the cheapest shipping method would cost me $72.75 (nearly the cost of the shoes)! The company said that they would reimburse me for the shipping, but at this point, I had no trust for them. So instead of sending them back, I accepted a refund of $37. All in, I paid $90 for the order and got basically 1/3 of it back.
Never again! In my opinion, these people are borderline crooks.

Stay away from them I wish I had cheap materials and stitching, incorrect sizing according to their chart's waited 3 wks to receive them. And making a return is made as hard as possible instead offering you discounts off your next purchase? NEVER. I would rather be struck by lightning.

Do not order from this company if you aren't sure you want the dress. I ordered a dress in a regular size and when I did not like the way it looked on me and tried to return it they said it was a made to order dress and non returnable offering me 15% back. Ridiculous. I never gave them measurements so how can it possibly be made to order?

Product is nothing like what they advertise and such bad quality. I wanted a 3 XLL and as you can see it just fits a size 38. They insist you have to send the product back to Asia with a cost of around US$ 40.00 which you must pay upfront - so how do you know you are going to get the original € 150 back. Don't go near this company - pity I did not first read all these bad reivews.

An update to my review:
Even though I stand by what I previously said, I would like to comment on the customer service received. The company immediately contacted me after my review, apologized for my bad experience and offered to return 70% of my purchase price.
I was quite impressed at the timeliness of their response. At least in this respect, it is an excellent company to work with. I cannot comment on other products - they mentioned that they source products from different companies - your experience in the quality of the product may differ from mine. It is my hope that they will no longer continue to source the dresses/skirt (see below) from the company they currently have.
I thought these dresses looked lovely in the picture (see attached). Sadly, the real life version is quite different. I bought 3 dresses and 1 skirt - size M - none fit - not even close: this dress (in 3 different colors - Women's Casual Dress Linen Dress Midi Dress White Black Yellow Wine Brown Long Sleeve Pure Color Button Fall Winter V Neck Stylish Casual Loose 2022 M)
And this skirt (Women's Basic Essential Long Skirts Daily Holiday Solid Colored Long Green White Black S M L #*******).
Unfortunately I don't have a picture of what arrived as I gave it away but there are pictures of the products ordered. I would have probably needed an XL size (I am 5'8", 144lbs). More more importantly, the quality of the clothes is REALLY CHEAP. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money!

I am a retired journalist. Lightinthebox has wearhouses in China and ships into the USA where the items are repackaged and sent on to US customers. Purchased three shirts from them. Did not like the quality or fabric. Asked for a refund. Demanded I take a picture and send that to them so they could see the problem. Not a problem, told them, sent a picture and now they want additional pictures and more explanations. They do not provide a simple category like: not to my liking or not what I expected.
Their procedures, IMO, are designed to make the customer give up rather than spend hours of valuable time giving them nonsensical documentation. I'm already up to two hours of my time negotiating with them
Who ever designed this Chinese based operation's return policy has letter perfect English, spouts Customer service platitudes and turns around and does the opposite. Not give good customer service on returns.
They could have satisfied customers but if they ever need to return something good luck!

Had good service from lightinthebox. Paintings were not suitable so returned. Had good contact with this company
Bought two ROLLED paintings. They arrived together in one small envelope.
Creased every which way. Cannot possibly use! Not rolled. Tried to get refund, too lengthy process to contact.
I'm going onto my discover card and cancelling my order. 7-9 business days has turned into 8 days now and it's sipping on the 21st? This site is terrible. No phone number. Only customer service drop down boxes. No answers yet.

Just recieved my dress, very disappointed with the quality and materials used. Dress as depicted is very deceiving, showed a sheared flowing skirt and fully flowered bodice. The hems were all unfinished, and the beautiful flowing shear skirt was cheap, thin polyester. The bodice very plain, flowers were dull to look at, no shimmer as picture portrays. I have included pictures.
I will not use this site again and recommend staying away.

I ordered a brick red jumpsuit with an over skirt and when I received it, the color was orange. I am a size 12 but based on their size chart I needed a size 18, which I ordered and it still didn't fit. Very poorly made. The bodice is ridiculously short - the arms don't even reach my shoulders! And, the length of both the pants and over skirt are ridiculously long. I wasted $160 USD because THEY DON'T REFUND OR EXCHANGE! They only offered a lousy 15% refund or a 25% credit for future purchases - like I'd ever order from them again! And this ridiculous no return policy isn't listed ANYWHERE on the order form and they don't care one bit about customer satisfaction. Liars, cheats and scam artists! It was the worst online sales experience I've ever had. I do not recommend LightInTheBox and I'll never order anything from them again.

The trench coat I received was NOTHING like what it appeared to be on the website. The quality was so terrible that it looked like a lab coat and couldn't make you feel warm even if you wore 10 of them! And wasn't worth the price at all. The sizing was way off as well. Will never order again, beware of their products.

While a little late
I accessed their online store through Amazon. I had bought several nice tapestries from them on the Amazon website. The selection was fantastic so I ordered several more tapestries, especially one of a field of sunflowers that I wanted to hang in the Hospice room of a dear friend. Order's from Light in the Box can take weeks to get delivered. I received a delivery notice only to find an empty mailbox, so I tried to get in touch with their customer service after checking with the mail curriers and the post office, even left a note asking my neighbors to contact me if they got something that they didn't order. That took about a week, and after not finding it I contacted the customer service center at Light in the Box through their app. They again said that it was delivered but said that they would ship another one to me, telling me to expect shipping delays. That was in July, I had decided to give it to the family of my friend in remembrance of my friend. I contacted customer service again and they said they had more news about my order, it had been returned and and all that I had to do was pay for shipping again and no link about how to do that! They included the shipping information and it showed that they had received the return just 4 days after it had been delivered to my mailbox. No one from that company had contacted me even though I had been inquiring about the replacement that they promised. I still have no idea about how to get them to ship it, or even how to pay for it! It breaks my heart that I wasn't able to give it to my friend.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
