I am still waiting for a resolution! Telling me to send photos which I cant! Fobbing me off with discounts and small % refund! Or return and pay extortionate postage! I'm a totally honest person and will continue to slate LightintheBox at every possible opportunity if it saves and helps others from making same mistake as me! Buyers beware - yet another Chinese fraudsite!

I live in Mexico, and I was pleased to find out that ship here. The quality tthe things that I purchased was better than expected. The only issue I had was that it took forever to get here. It was out of their control.
I have same experience with them on what people has negatively said about them. They are there to scam.

Do not trust this seller - product doesn't look like the pictures posted. They use some very poor quality low resolution images for their products. I bought a Tiger print that looked like an 8 year old printed it using a home printer and a 1mb photo. The reviews at 5 stars are all fake - with bots posting over 2000 reviews to fight the popular opinion. This is a scam and it must be stopped.

I could literally put my finger through it.
It was supposed to have native North American art on it but what it actually had was lines of swastikas on it.
I pointed out it was highly offensive but the answer was you must be a whining jew?

I tried this because I thought it was Spanish site and I live in Spain. I made three orders within a few weeks of each other which included 5 dresses. 1 of which cost 64pounds. Only one of these dresses resembled the product description. The fabric, shape, size and design are inaccurate. The most expensive dress I contested and had to send photographic proof showing how the design was not as advertised. They tried to fob me off with vouchers, that I didn't want. After 12 back and forth messages, they finally agreed that if I return the dress they'll refund. It cost 23quid to mail back to China. They DID NOT refund the cost of mail. Absolutely disgusting. I will never use this website again. Neither should you. Find a better quality than these utter rip-off merchants.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
