The price is low for the quality of the clothes. The wait on the clothes is a bit on the longer side, but I can't complain. I really like the clothes I got for a low price.
I ordered large pants. But when they are arrived, they were medium to small! They are so tight, if I wore them I couldn't sit down! I tried to submit a refund through their web page. Typically, the button doesn't work! They tried the same "lodge a refund through our site" claim after I lodged a dispute through PayPal. I just got off the phone to PayPal, who are chasing them up for a refund.
Lesson learned. They caught me out, never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Communication from this company is excellent via email responses. My items were shipped with a tracking number to make them easy to follow delivery. Make sure to check their size guide before ordering clothing, and order according to your desired fit. The shirts we ordered for my husband were not form fitted. We should have sized down to get the desired look he wanted as pictured in the photos. It is obviously easier to physically try on clothing, so ordering on line can be difficult to figure out the correct size. Be sure to read the return policy! Make sure you are okay with paying for return shipping costs out of the country! This can get very expensive and make returning your items cost more than you paid for them in the first place. Some company's cover the return when you purchase. This company does not and it can be costly to return items if your not happy with them. The prices are all very low so do not expect an expensive quality clothing items you can by at the local Mall for $75.00 for only $22.00. After you consider all of the above and you are looking to add to your wardrobe without spending a lot of money, this company may be for you.

I bought two dresses hoping one would be appropriate to go to a wedding. Both dresses were questionable quality. One of the dresses resembled the pictures but was almost completely see through! The other also resembled the pictures but was awful material and poor quality. I had a third dress from a friend that I decided to wear and wanted to return the two I had purchases. Good luck with that! It's the usual China scam. They'll let you keep the dresses (no thanks) and give you 30% refund or you can send them back at your expense but it must be sent with a tracking number (otherwise they'll claim they've never received it and you'll never get your money back). I work at a Canada Post depot and people come in all the time wanting to return this garbage and the postage is astronomical so they end up just taking the garbage home, which is exactly what these companies want you to do. They make absolute crap and make it so that you can't return the crap! I vowed to never buy from China again but they are using addresses in the USA to try and fool the consumer because they know their products are $#*!!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
