I purchased quite a bit... I order 3 pair of shoes 1 pair fit well enough to wear. Sneakers were so tackie nothing like the photo. Dress heels were very pretty did not fit plus cheaply made they wouldn't have held up someone over 100 lbs! The nightie I bought was a 4X. It should have came down to at mid thigh it barley covered my belly button. I have no way to return anything no number to call no email nothing! If I could return the stuff I was not able to wear pr atleast get a credit or my money back i would be able to deal with it... The only good thing I can say is everything I ordered was on time. Very disappointed! Won't be ordering again!

I bought this shirt because it looked cool in the pop-up ad, but that should have been my first clue, the pop-up ad. The shirt was a "Built in the 60s" meme henley shirt with a 3-button collar. After I wore and washed the shirt twice, it started to lose its shape at the bottom. The third washing resulted in the loss of a button. I would expect to get more than 3 uses from a $20 shirt.

I received not only the wrong item but also the wrong size. It seems to be easier to join NASA that Light in the box for customer service so for me: this is it! NO MORE, NEVER AGAIN! If a company is ready to lose its name for 43.99$... so be it!

AVOID SHOPPING WITH THESE SCAMMERS. They cancelled my order as soon as I'd entered my payment details. They still took the money for the order and there's no way to get ahold of anyone to get a refund or even to get them to process the order so it still ships the birthday presents to my nephew. Absolute time wasting site.

Ware so wie beschrieben, gut verpackt, nur der Pulli ist etwas zu klein ausgefallen.
I am very happy with all the items I bought. Everything worked perfectly fine until the package arrived into Mexico. Customs charged a fee for the importation round US$80.00 pluse a servere delay for me to receive it from DHL. At the end everything worked out fine and I am still waiting to use the credit of US$40.- I am supposed to receive for my next purchase as a compensation for that Customs Fee

This is the worst company ever
I ordered two tops both the same size both arrived after a few weeks very poor quality one looked like it was photocopied material that was all blurry not at all like the photos the other was better quality though still poor but very small
When I tried to get a refund they came back with lots of deals - I didn't want a deal
They have a address is Walsall for undelivered items but according to them you cannot send back to there only China
When I eventually accepted 50% refund apparently
That was credit on their site of which I had already told them I would never be ordering from again
Then they have the audacity after several emails to send be a review there company
I will never go near this company again and I advise others not to aswell

I like the quality and extraordinarity of the goods they sell, sometimes the shipment is a bit slow, but I am always happy to recive the products in the end. In case if I recieve wrong product customer service helps me and makes a refund.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
