I ordered a dress, nice, but the cut was so high, it didn't cover my private areas. I heistated in ordering from them, but felt soilid that they had a return policy and I was ordering a standard size dress. They actually told me it wasn't returnable, because it was custom made, yet never got any measurementsfrom me. The lies they tell, oh but would give me a 40% credit. I don't plan from ordering from them EVER. I got my bank involved so I will finally get the credit, but you won't believe what they asked me to do. They requested that I send it back to them mark as a "gift" so that it will pass customes. Defraud the United States Post Office (see the attached). This company has no respect for it's customers or the USPS. Shame on you
The product wasn't what I expected. Although it looked like the pictures, it eas definitely a copied print. It's odd how the pictures you take will resemble the pictures online from a distance. Just quality isn't what you expect as seen in the photos. Fits appropriately. I was refunded once I wasn't happy. I tried adding images from my phone, but I don't know how to make the images a smaller image size

Second time I have bought an item of clothing from this company and the size is not as advertised and does not fit. Sleeves on both items are 4 inches too small and the bust size is two inches smaller than advertised. The procedure to return an item is the most complicated and unhelpful I have ever seen. The items both took about 4 weeks to arrive, this is the longest wait I have ever had for an item on Internet shopping. Buyer beware!

I ordered 4 dresses and I used their sizing but when I received the dresses they were all too small. I returned the items for a larger size or refund and I haven't received a thing back. I spend over $200 on the dresses and another $70 on postage and now I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Be careful when you order. If you send something back you may not get your refund.

Terrible. They sent me the wrong size. Tried to blame it on me, then tried to lie to me saying I was passed my time limit on returning the item. It got delivered on the 11/10/22 and I messaged them on the 13/10/22. I will never buy or use this ever again and I suggest that you don't either.

This top looks like cotton gauze, gold glitter, etc.
Turns out to be stiff, 100% polyester and some yellow slashes, no gd, no glitter. And it's way shorter than in the photo!

I have ordered two gowns from LightInTheBox, they arrive much quicker than any other sites from China but the sizes ARE ALWAYS wrong. I know my measurements and I order by my measurements but the dresses have been far too large. One was literally THREE times too large, it could have fit an Elephant. Seriously. I measured and sent all the pictures but they STILL PUSHED BACK on their free return policy. Fool me twice, I will not give them another chance. I have to spend money to send back the elephant sized dress- unacceptable. The other dress is costing $200 to alter. Honestly, Dillards or a custom made dress is more worth it.

I bought a dress from LightInTheBox and up-sized 2 sizes even though I took their measurements into account, and the dress is tiny! Nowhere near the size I needed. I'm typically a US L/XL but this fit like a small. Not to mention the material was cheap thin, and SUPER itchy. So I requested a refund as I cannot try to squeeze into it, and it's just cheap anyway, and in order for me to do that, I have to pay for shipping it back to China. I'm not sure what that will cost at this point, but this is beyond ridiculous. Nowhere on their site does it say that returns would be made this way. They should have at least the first return free so that people can try their site and see the quality, and therefore decide if they will ever buy from them again, in this case, I won't be, especially for the payment of return shipping. I'm so disappointed.

I have ordered several times from them. Items ordered (toys, gadgets, etc.) are generally just fine, but most recently, I ordered clothing.
The sizing is fine, but the quality and material is just enough off that they aren't quite as pictured but they're close enough it's not a scam. They also only shipped half the items in my order and then I had to go through a lengthy and annoying review/return process that took at least 3 weeks to get the other half of my order.
Tl; dr: don't order clothing from this company.

This is a cheap chinese site dont buy this stuff if you do keep in mind their sizes arent those like Canada or USA or anywhere else normal there large is probably a small to the"westerners" so buy sizes bigger than usual if you buy form these people... delevery was relatively quick but a waste of money for me as the sizes are too small.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
