The times provided at time of ordering changed drastically and I no longer needed the product (hats for a wedding) as the new delivery date was a week past the wedding! I was advised that to get a refund I had to take delivery then return. Then apparently I was contacted by a customs officer to make arrangements for pick up and payment or my parcel will be destroyed. Enough already I contacted Light in the Box and advised them to deal with their problems and requested my refund. Nothing yet! I will never deal with this company again and will advise others not to order from them.

The products were what I expected, the delivery time was longer than I understood at the time of ordering, but the package still came intact and I had the products I ordered.

The order came within 2 weeks, just in time for Halloween, the contents being for Halloween that was very nice. Everything as described, and nothing to complain about.
I received my product under 2 weeks, shipping to portugal I understand the situation takes awhile according to the description, just need to be patience.
I did find a slight difference between the product and the image that displayed on the site, just need to be aware for small details on the images that display on the site and the product you purchase. For example I ordered a wig that was half black and half blue that shown on the site, but I have received a wig that entirely blue with small amount of black.
But I didn't bother to enquiry the situation because I kinda like it almost full blue, and if I do decide to add black in the future I will just have to tint it.
All was fast, two peace of pupy clothes (jumper and dress) are same mesurement and quallity as described so they pass my pupy chihuauha well.
My experience is also very positive because I could pay by Paypal and curier deliver the goods by my door.
I bought a 3D t-shirt it arrives on time, my daughter loves it.
The quality of the stuff that you buy from light in the box it's lower than what you can even imagine. What you see in pictures is definitely not what you will be getting. Everything is super low quality so if you think you're getting a good deal with a five dollar discount you're not don't be fooled by these sales please do not purchase from here. You you will regret it.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
