I ordered women's jazz shoes size 40
I ordered women's jazz shoes size 40, I'm usually a size 39 and these were far too small. I wanted to send them back but Customer service is non existent. Can't even get their address or return label. No contact telephone no either.
Since writing this review, I have received a partial refund which I find it acceptable as to return the item I would have to pay return postage to China which is costly. Thank you Light in the box.

This company makes it expensive and difficult to return items that don't fit right. My package was sent from their warehouse in Queens, NEW YORK, USA however they want me to return items to CHINA. They offer a discount to keep the items which is useless ~ they don't fit! I do not reccommend the clothing. They may be inexpensive, but the quality of fabrics used is marginal. Sorry Light In The Box, never again.

Our warehouse is only located in China. If you return the package to address on the label, we will never receive your package and can't refund you.
Secondly, we are sorry to hear that the products are unfit for you. On size matter, please understand that our suppliers are from different areas so that their size are different, therefore, we provide a Size Guide in our product page which provide measurement and a clear size table. We wonder if you check the size chart before the purchase. If yes, please send us the photos of the prodcuts with a readable measurement. We will compare it with our size chart. I ordered some clothes, same day I discovered that their size are less than normal/regular size and I cancelled my order. Just 2-3hrs, in-between, since October 22nd, till now November 5th I have not got my money back to my account. I have sent several emails to this company they told me 5 to 7 working days.
I hope they will refund my$77.88.
It's my hard earned money.

After reading reviews and return policy, i thought id take my chances on ordering a couple dresses thinking the worse case would be, i had to pay for the shipping to return them. Well once i received them and tried them on, i found that they were very cheaply made, did not fit correctly in the armpit area and i was just overall very disappointed. I requested to return them. This is when i was informed they were "made to order" and not returnable. BEWARE! This is a scam for your money! My barbie doll dresses were made with better quality than these were. I couldnt be any more dissatisfied and wish i would have seen a review like this prior to my purchase! I hope this company gets everything they deserve... SCAMMERS! Their Customer Service is good thus far. I'm returning two dresses and the people helping me have been very communicative and professional. I just hope the refund process is equally professional. The dress that I ordered was actually beautiful, and lively quality, just need to elaborate on the product descriptions in the website a little better.
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
