Be aware that product descriptions are deceiving. I ordered a shirt and I was underwhelmed when I noticed the quality. What seem to be decoration stitched to the shirt in the website, it is actually a print on the fabric. The print was completely blurry and of bad quality. The stitching in the seams was poorly done, and the fabric made my skin itch. I tried to return it and I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back to them, and I only could get 30% back. It is not a way to conduct business anywhere if they care for satisfied customers.
I had never heard of this site, but with the prices, thought I'd give it a try. I purchased 11 golf shirts (2xl). As I always do when I purchase clothing, they go directly into the washing machine on gentle cycle and cold water. When I took them out of the washing machine and was putting them into the dryer, I noticed how small, tight and short they were. ALL of them were marked 2XL, but they are more like medium to large sizes here in the USA. So needless to say, $110+ down the drain. Buyer beware.

Photos on some items are minimal for good reason. Ordered what was advertised as a plaid flannel but ended up being some sort of puffy polyester/cotton button up shirt that was printed to look like a plaid flannel shirt. It looked more like a costume than something I could wear in public. Contacted the site and they only offered a partial refund and option to keep the item. Since I would never wear it I said I preferred a full refund and they wouldn't do it. So I was stuck with a partial refund and threw the embarrassing excuse for a shirt in the trash. Would not recommend doing business with this company. My fault for trusting a Chinese company that doesn't have to follow any sort of regulations

I bought a dress from this company about 3 months ago. When it arrived, it was of poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. I didn't realise at the time that it had come from China. I tried to get a refund on my purchase, and they kept fobbing me off with credit notes. It took me 5 or 6 emails back and forth for them to acknowledge my request for a refund. I then had to send it back to China which cost me a further £18 postage and packaging, this was over a month ago. I have finally received my refund, as credit note which I now have to withdraw from the site and will take a further 3-4 working days.
When I took by parcel to the Post Office they said, 'I was the 4 person in that day with a similar story'.
What an awful company.

Ots a nice jacket. I order it for the 2. Time.
The first one is to little, the second one is to big.
But is nice and good for the cold.
I ordered a sweater jacket and tried to return it but my order could not be found on my account, even though I have an order number. So no way to contact anyone in regards to this, nothing. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
