Ordered products are different than on the pictures. Some of them are only a little different and acceptable but some, mostly 2 sweaters, are completely different. Also, on the site there is no information about MATERIAL, and one sweater looked like soft occurred to be very heavy and hard because is made of thick cotton - and It looked as soft acryl, which I wanted. Another sweater I've got was COMPLETELY different than I expected - different look, different material, different colour - nothing worth its price. I simply will give it to somebody very poor, but its price was highest. Never more buying in this company!

Long story short I waited until nov1for them to ship it, and it got canceled.
I've been messaging the customer service that I want my refund but they've been saying the same thing to me over and over again and not actually help with anything.
They told me they're gonna wait for the package to get back and it's been 14days ever since. They won't give me any updates and no refund. No response. Is this a scam? I want my refund. For anyone that's thinking of shopping here, please dont.

Ordered clothe for my son. One part arrived, second one did not. Quality was terrible. Tried to contact costumer service. It's a answering machine and you can't leave a messege because it is full. No links or anything on there web page how to return Item. My app don't even show what I ordered but I have all the E-Mails. They took the money and i feel robbed. Company feels like a scam. They have a second name miniInTheBox. I have proof in my pictures below. Will never ever order from them again. Very frustrating.

The site rarely delivers in the timeframe stated (it's always been a few days to a week longer, in my experience), but items always arrive in good condition

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
