Worst experience ever. The quality of the overall clothes are very bad, the prints are very fuzy. When I tried to return 8 out 10 that I recevied. There 2 options either you send by regular mail at your charge (cheapest option, that means no tracking) and they don't provide a return address sticker. Or we give you 30% back and you keep the $#*!ty clothes. I figure that returning without proof a delivery a package in china...my chance of getting a full refund was very poor. So they offer me 40% refund if I keep the stuff, which I accepted but I will never ever buy from them.

The "Great Gatsby" hat I ordered from LightInTheBox was delivered in a plastic bag and was so badly crushed in the mail during shipping that it was unusable. What company is DUMB enough to package a hat in a plastic bag - and not in a BOX that would provide at least SOME protection during shipping! Yikes!

Second after hitting send.I remembered. Immediately tried to cancel order. Unable to get thru. No legit email. No phone numbers. Though it says customer service there is NOTHING. I ordered at 10:57 11/18/22. Tried for hour to cancel order. Angry at myself for getting scammed again. But I will stop other hard working innocent people if I am able!

I bought a hat for a wedding. Unfortunately, it was of poor quality and damaged. I asked to return it. I was told that they would only return 90% of the product's value and I would have to pay the (very expensive) postage to CHINA! The company will do all they can to stop you returning the product. They are also doing all they can to remove my reviews online, but I really want to warn people of what they will encounter should they wish to return the item.

Pictures are nothing like what you receive. They try and copy the design and it just looks and feels cheap. Do yourself a favour and spend your money else where.
Returning good is a long process too going around in circles it's so annoying.

Everything was just as promised. Arrived on time, on my doorstep and the products were exactly as described on the site.
I have ordered six times different tops, in different materials. The patterns I chose I haven't seen in Germany so far, and I think they are very special. It did take some time before I received them, but all in all each one fitted perfectly, had the right colors and materials.
I am very satisfied with Lightinthebox and will definitely order again.
I placed an order totaling $174 through my PayPal account. One charge was listed in PayPal but my bank account had 9 charges totaling over $900 from LITB. The charges buffered in my account for over a week and sone were reversed but there are still 4 charges in total on my account. Bank of America said contact the seller. What in China and they do not respond to emails?Some of the charges have been reversed but there are still 3 additional. Well I just received the order that was supposed to be cancelled. There was only ONE sweater that actually looked like the photo but it has a huge hole in it so garbage. Just like the other crap in the bag. I don't know why the reviews are what they are becuse I've ordered 4 times and 4 times I have received clothing that's not even suitable for a rag. Oh and am I going to send back overseas? It's a game.good photos, crap materials that don't resemble the image... and who is going to return overseas.

Ordered a coat, used their sizing chart and measured carefully and even ordered bigger. Coat was still too small. Contacted them about returning it as I thought by looking at the pictures and reading the description it was a winter coat where the one I got was a flimsy jacket with a really cheap zipper. After paying $60+ for it (including shipping) they want me to return it with tracking to ASIA withing 7 days of receiving the address to send to by email and with estimated shipping of 10-40$. Then wait 4-6 weeks with no information on how/if they will even return my money. They also badgered me about why I was returning it and asked for photos of the item and the problems with it. Since it is too small I can hardly model it for them.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
