I tried to order two items and both times they sent me the wrong product, size and the quality was not as good as shown or expected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt twice. I tried to return the product and called but never got a response. The customer service process was not very responsive. I would not recommend shopping or ordering anything from this site.
We made a purchase and the product was bad quality. We sent it back (we had to pay for return shipping) they did not reimburse us for either the product or the return costs. They kept sending us in a circle and eventually stated our case was closed. We got ripped off.

The items they send are nothing like the picture they just take your money and do not refund they are terrible wish I had never seen this site. Their reviews are terrible I could not find one decent review only what they post themselves. They steal your money and don't care. One person received lights that were condemned by trading standards this could have hurt someone. This customer did not get his money back. They are just scamming people.

I purchased a coat from this place, and it came in a box balled up and wrinkled. I was so disappointed as well as my wife, which was a gift for her for her birthday and my advice to anyone who decides to purchase anything from this place is to avoid this HOLE

The shipping was very slow. The worst part is there deceitful return policy. Items have to be returned to CHINA at your cost. They have a New York distribution center, but that is not acceptable. Shipping would be ridiculous. If you opt to keep the item, which is the true option, they only give a partial "refund" which is a merchandise credit---at best 30%. That also comes with very strict requirements and is virtually unusable without spending a bunch more money, plus more shipping. Also, they do not make it clear, that the "refund" amount expires very quickly. Avoid all Chinese companies, especially this one.

Light in the box sent me the wrong order. I ordered 2 cases for my iPhone 13 and they sent me 2 cases for a Samsung phone. When I tried to contact them about their mistake they sent me to a customer portal that sends you in a loop when you attempt to process a return. They have no customer service email or phone number. These people are crooks!

Ordered about $300 worth of products for a wedding, and it was all junk except for two pairs of little girls shoes that had been presented as being for junior aged kids by the foot measurements.
You are supposed to ship returns back at your own expense, and it costs far more than the junk costs as shipping back was over 300 by land and more by sea. Don't shop here.

******* UPDATE ******** I would like to change my review, the customer support responded to this review and was pro-active into solving my issue. They refund me an additionnal amount which in the end made me happy. I am satisfied with there after sale support.
Worst experience ever. The quality of the overall clothes are very bad, the prints are very fuzy. When I tried to return 8 out 10 that I recevied. There 2 options either you send by regular mail at your charge (cheapest option, that means no tracking) and they don't provide a return address sticker. Or we give you 30% back and you keep the $#*!ty clothes. I figure that returning without proof a delivery a package in china...my chance of getting a full refund was very poor. So they offer me 40% refund if I keep the stuff, which I accepted but I will never ever buy from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
