Descubrí ésta app en un anuncio y aunque al principio temía, la maravillosa experiencia que hemos tenido mi esposo y yo, nos ha dejado sorprendido, en comparació con otras app de compra online. Es cierto que a veces demoran un tanto en llegar. Pero vale la pena la espera, porque todos los productos que he comprado son exactamente iguales a la descripción y los precios son muy buenos. Realmente sugiero que la prueben, yo seguiré comprando en ésta app. Y otra cosa muy importante para MÍ, la atención es excelente, el seguimiento del paquete igual, por le que les doy las gracias y les exhorto a que no cambien. Don't waste your Money!

Just received the Huddie I ordered. What a CHEAP piece of Junk. Extremely poor quality. Would not be caught dead in it! Not worth the $30 plus shipping. The return system is a total joke, just read it before you order anything. Once you get it is yours!

Not WORTH THE RISK...

80% of my 300.00 order did not fit and now the postage to do a return is 120.00usd.

Looks like 200.00 wasted.

Given that they do not pay the return postage it is not a wise purchase.

Scammed

I ordered $70.00 worth of items a month ago. After notifications of their pending arrival about a week ago they never came. Instead I got a notification that the items had "been delivered," which isn't true. They were said to be delivered to a "post office box" I've never heard of. I managed to find a "confirmation" button that allows you the option to say you haven't seen the package. Hitting it I was then told I'd get my package by the end of the end of November. One day left so far nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! BOTH OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED HAVE FLAWS...THE DRESS IS BLACK W/SILVER EMBELLISHMENTS AND THE DOTS ON THE SLEEVES ARE GOLD AND IT SMELLS LIKE A COOKIE FACTORY...THE JUMPSUIT WAS NOT CUT TO A PATTERN, THE FRONT IS FLAT AND THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP AND DISCOLORED. I HAVE SENT 5 EMAILS ATTEMPTING TO RETURN FOR REFUND, BUT I AM GETTING GENERAL RESPONSES AND NO ASSISTANCE WITH RETURNING THE ITEMS FOR A REFUND. $78.88 WASTED! I CAN ONLY UPLOAD ONE PIC AND I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD MY PROOF OF PURCHASE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

I ordered a jacket from this company with the understanding it would be shipped within 2 days. I was sent a tracking number 4 days later. The tracking number is from the USPS, however 9 days after getting this number, the USPS has yet to receive the item. They show, little to no concern for my issue. Call me crazy, but I wanted to use this jacket before summer.

On three seperate occasion I've wanted to return items to this company, which is practically impossible! Refunds are not given!
Reason 1 for return) product faulty/borken on delivery
Reason 2 for return) nearly EUR100 in local taxes had to be paid because the sender, Light In The Box - completed paperwok incorrectly
Reason 3 for return) product was nor sold as seen. Wanted a Marie Antionette style wig, was sent one that looked more like Ozzie Osbourne!
Have reported to PayPal and the suggested solution from Light in the Box? For me to have to pay to return the unwanted and unused items, in order to get a refund. But why should I have to pay for return of an item that was missold online?

Not what I expected

I purchased 3 items; a Woman's Christmas top pullover sweatshirt but what I received is a very thin shirt with Christmas pictures. This is NOT a sweatshirt.
I also purchased a blouse; again it is very thin and definitely it does not look like in the picture.
The third item was described as a T-shirt dress but this is definitely NOT that. This one came smaller
Than described and expected and super thin material.
None of the items have any tags indicating what material they are made of, nor how to wash them... The usual tags that every item of cloth should have, these items don't have them. It looks like someone made them at home with very cheap material and poor craftmanship. It will cost me more to send them than what it is worth because I already had to pay for the shipment. HORRIBLE!
If you see the pictures you can clearly see the dress is not made of T-shirt material and it is TOO small. The Christmas one is also not sweatshirt material.
