My order, which I first ordered in the wrong measure, was replaced/changed right away and then send with priority mail. Communication was quick and handling it all also. Am very satisfied.
They have delivered the parcel too late and fabric was not good.they should improve the service and they should also faten up the delivery service

Just received the Huddie I ordered. What a CHEAP piece of Junk. Extremely poor quality. Would not be caught dead in it! Not worth the $30 plus shipping. The return system is a total joke, just read it before you order anything. Once you get it is yours!

Looks like 200.00 wasted.
Given that they do not pay the return postage it is not a wise purchase.

I ordered $70.00 worth of items a month ago. After notifications of their pending arrival about a week ago they never came. Instead I got a notification that the items had "been delivered," which isn't true. They were said to be delivered to a "post office box" I've never heard of. I managed to find a "confirmation" button that allows you the option to say you haven't seen the package. Hitting it I was then told I'd get my package by the end of the end of November. One day left so far nothing.

I ordered a jacket from this company with the understanding it would be shipped within 2 days. I was sent a tracking number 4 days later. The tracking number is from the USPS, however 9 days after getting this number, the USPS has yet to receive the item. They show, little to no concern for my issue. Call me crazy, but I wanted to use this jacket before summer.

On three seperate occasion I've wanted to return items to this company, which is practically impossible! Refunds are not given!
Reason 1 for return) product faulty/borken on delivery
Reason 2 for return) nearly EUR100 in local taxes had to be paid because the sender, Light In The Box - completed paperwok incorrectly
Reason 3 for return) product was nor sold as seen. Wanted a Marie Antionette style wig, was sent one that looked more like Ozzie Osbourne!
Have reported to PayPal and the suggested solution from Light in the Box? For me to have to pay to return the unwanted and unused items, in order to get a refund. But why should I have to pay for return of an item that was missold online?

I purchased 3 items; a Woman's Christmas top pullover sweatshirt but what I received is a very thin shirt with Christmas pictures. This is NOT a sweatshirt.
I also purchased a blouse; again it is very thin and definitely it does not look like in the picture.
The third item was described as a T-shirt dress but this is definitely NOT that. This one came smaller
Than described and expected and super thin material.
None of the items have any tags indicating what material they are made of, nor how to wash them... The usual tags that every item of cloth should have, these items don't have them. It looks like someone made them at home with very cheap material and poor craftmanship. It will cost me more to send them than what it is worth because I already had to pay for the shipment. HORRIBLE!
If you see the pictures you can clearly see the dress is not made of T-shirt material and it is TOO small. The Christmas one is also not sweatshirt material.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
