Everything about my order has been perfect. I only had to wait som time to get my package.
Don't use this company. Package didn't arrive. Contacted delivery company (yodel) but they had given the parcel to another company to deliver. Gave me phone number but tried numerous times but no answer. Can't contact light in the box.

I bought some LED strip lights for my daughter's bedroom. Total cost was $30.86. The lights did not work properly so I contacted them for a refund. They made me take a video of the lights not working properly then offered me a 30% discount to buy them again. After emeailing back and forth for about 3 weeks they finally agreed to refund my purchase. They want me to send the lights back to China at a cost of $10-40, according to them. Then they will refund me $18. Bottom line - crappy product, horrible customer service and very slow relplies to my request for refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Photos are nice and reviews are fantastic, but I received garbage instead --- it sticks to whatever it touches and you get static electricity shock for every tiny movement wearing it.
Contacted customer service and got no response. Disputed from my credit card and lightinthebox lawyer claimed NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy that I overlooked opening my account on their site.
Money wasted and lessons learned —— Except Amazon.com and ebay.com, I haven't found other safe online shopping site to buy Chinese products.

Es ist alles Betrug.
Man lässt sich leicht von den schönen Bildern im Shop blenden, aber dann...
Es stimmen zum größten Teil weder die Größen noch die Farben.
Man bezahlt Zoll, Versicherung und Versand.
Obwohl alles aus Deutschland, *******-Friedrichsdorf, verschickt wird, soll man die Waren kostenintensiv nach China zurück schicken. Es werden keine Retouren Etiketten angeboten. Erstattet bekommt man 30 Prozent.
So verkauft diese Firma ihren billigen Müll in Deutschland und das ist sogar noch legal, was sich die Chinesen ausgedacht haben.
Fazit: Nie wieder bestelle ich etwas aus einem China Shop.

The order arrived very fast and in good packaging. The jacket is warm and comfortable, good quality for the price. I missed having side pockets but this is a personal preference.
I ordered two items that arrived. Thickness of fabric, colour and quality of print and best of all the sizes.
I have contacted them to gain a return and refund but continue to get automated question on product.
Absolutely the worst ever so please bin the app.
I have had a partial refund that almost covered the full cost but the experience was frustrating as seen in my review. I think vetting of product quality is required if they want to maintain the platform

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
