I ordered quite a number of items from Lightinthebox.com, I wish I'd bothered reading independent reviews before ordering. Most of the items are of very poor quality, some seemed like they were sown in a hurry with lines not straight and dangling threads. There's no quality control so be prepared and buy without any expectation if you have money to waste. I have an item that was never delivered but lightinthebox has not even bothered to reply my complaint weeks after. A bad way to waste your time and money.

Do not buy from this website. Don't expect to get what you ordered. The images they use on their website are not the same as what they send you.
The following message below I tried to send to the company on the return ticket. But when I tried to submit my ticket it would not send the message. A timer came up on the screen and the message would not go through to the company.
Many issues with these boots. Many things were falsely represented in the photographs of the product, very important details. Details that led me to purchase these boots.
Let's start with the quality. In your images of these boots there are several place where a double stitch is present, the boots I received have no double stitch. I never purchase a boot that does not have a double stitch along the major seams. Then there is the detailing along the instep of the sole and the outside lateral aspect of the sole. In your images of the product it appears as a solid material, pale yellow in colour. On the boots I received this detailing looks like it was sloppily hand-painted on the boot. It looks awful, and does not look anything like the images of the boot. Then the logo badge itself is not the same, not two tone black and not double stitched. Also, the boots I received lack an extra line of stitching by the upper buckle, there is stitching reenforcing that surrounds the rivet on the strap for the buckle. The boots you sent does not have stitches on one side of the rivet. Perhaps a minor issue in some peoples eyes but that line of vertical stitching helps to maintain the longevity and function of the strap. The buckles themselves look like real brass in the photographs and on the ones I received they look much cheaper. Also the material depicted in your images looks like a combination of leather and suede. The part of the boot that is supposed to look like suede looks like cheap nylon canvas. This detail makes a huge difference to the appearance and quality of the boot. Also, on your website the boot has an extra stitch detailing on the boot heel, this detail is missing on the boots I received. I would recommend you desist from false advertising and properly represent the product you are selling.
I have my eye about ten shirts on your website. How you manage these concerns will impact whether I purchase these other items.
I expect you to pay for the return shipping and refund me fully.

Pay attention to the lack of double stitching, the missing stitching, the secondary material of the boot, the quality of the buckles, the way the logo badge looks different and less detailed. My least favourite aspect of the product you sent was the cheap looking hand-painted strip on the side of the sole...it looks nothing like the images on your website.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
