I ordered 3 dresses and a pair of sandals from this company on September 25,2022. The Order Number is **************. All clothing items received were poorly manufactured, the material is thin and see thru, the fit was aweful and the pictures shown on the website is not representative of what you will receive. The customer service staff asked me to send pictures of myself in the dresses which I find that to be quite extensive due to the nature of the product. I told them the items were still in their original packaging, they are now asking me to return the items to China instead of their homebase in the USA. The shipping cost may vary from 10-40$ and it would take up to 4 weeks to be reimbursed. Be very careful with this company, it is a major scam. NOT RECOMMANDED... BE AWARE
I contacted Lightinthebox several times by email regarding the receipt of the wrong color shirt. My last email was on 8/20/22. I provided the requested photos of the shirt showing the wrong color and requested to return the shirt for a refund. I never received any correspondence about how to return the item and it is now 12/9/22 and I'm stuck with a shirt I don't want.

The shoes are very nice and I think the quality is also good. And I like it very much. But sad to say that it is big for me. Size 36 (9 inches foot long) is big for me. I gave it to my sister. Hice una única compra (con varios artículos) que por decisión de no sé quien, la dividieron en 3 paquetes para enviar a mi país.
No sólo que el envío no fue express, sino que fue carísimo porque yo misma me tuve que hacer cargo del seguimiento de los 3 paquetes y en la aplicación de LightInTheBox y de DHL aparecían como entregados (no era cierto), nadie me notificó que debía ir a la aduana a retirarlos, pagar U$60 (sesenta dólares americanos) por almacenaje y me obturaron la posibilidad de comprar por el resto de 2022 porque usaron los 3 envíos/paquetes.

I am new here on the Lightinthebox website and it was my first order. I liked it so much! I was so excited when I found what I wanted for a reasonable price and I receive my order so soon just in a few days. Thank you so much I am already waiting for some other stuff from here!
I bought 3 products and very disappointed in all three. The one T-shirt is made of this horrible 'sheen' type material which was not indicated on the product. The collar is bad quality and is all 'bumpy'. The second T shirt is meant to be sheen-like as it can be used to workout but once again quality of collar and sleeve ends very bad and also to small against then style measurements. The 3rd item is a jacket and the material is also this horrible 'sheen' type material which was not indicated on the product. The hoodie is so big when I put it on it drops over my eyes in front of my face, crazy and wow the photos show something completely different to the real thing, overall I would never buy from them again.

I ordered & got the delivery in 5 days, at first glance the outlook wasn't perfect. When I checked into it, I realized that genuine leather should appear as such, After using it for about a week, I am convinced that my purchase was correct.

I filed a complaint on this site and Light in the Box Customer Service reached out to me and is working to resolve my issue. I am very pleased with the customer service agent Megha who has been willing to bring my complaint to resolution. I really appreciate the help they are giving me and look forward to resolution soon.
Trust me when I say the merchandise is horrible and the dresses faintly resemble what they show on the website. And forget about returning your merchandise. It has to be shipped back at your expense to China. My total purchase was $99 of which $15 was for shipping and another $4 for insurance which I did not ask for. My refund would be $78.00 and shipping is $48! TOTAL COMPLETE RIP OFF.
Check pictures. Don't waste your time and money. They will not issue a full refund. I even was not able to open a case in the order. The website glitches in China and does not have phone or email support.

Very poor quality materials (polyester). The coat is rather thick shirt. The trousers are not linen, they are uncomfortable, very wide cut at the bottom and poor quality print - not a print, but an iron-on sticker. Shirt ugly, very poor quality print! Like when you enlarge a 5kb picture to half a metre! I wouldn't pay a dollar for the shirt and pants if I had a chance to see them live beforehand!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
