I bought four jumpers and a formal dress. Although the dress and the jumpers three of them looked good, all of them had an issue. The jumpers,three of them were too short. One of them was not even like the picture. The dress was beautiful.
I sent my measurements, and they still got it wrong. It did not zipper. The slit was too high. This was the worst experience online I ever had. The return policy is a joke. You will pay to return it. I will never buy from them again. App deleted.

Try told me they delivered today but I work from home and no-one came and no notification through letterbox. No notice to say what time they were coming either. They want me to pay custom fees to deliver again but when I say I'll pick up, I can't find them. I bought 3 dresses, nearly £100 what a scam. It even wouldn't let me submit this without giving a rating…….I don't think it deserves anything. It's a SCAM

I ordered three shirts. Promotional photos showed a "3D effect" - quite novel and interesting. The shirts that arrived were NOT anything like the character or uniqueness of the products shown. No 3D affect, "muddy" colours. And the fabric had a cheap "plastic"-like feel - the cheap plastic-like fabric didn't need "care instructions" which were not fixed in the garment. I had to snip off trailing threads.
No label - only size, suggests a cheap factory in China (where product came from) that makes anything for anyone at lowest possible price.
Complete rip-off. One of the three was so disappointing I considered just throwing it away. We're talking REALLY disappointing and not worth wearing. But will use it on cleaning days.
The mismatch between online pics and delivered product is so great I would not buy from these people again.

This is the worst company to buy from. Dresses are not made right and they don't like to refund you your money. They claim they are in Asia. They only want to offer you a discount for the product so you can keep the item and you find a way to fit it to your size. Horrible more money to pay for a cheap product. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. Not unless you just got to have it. The quality of the clothes are horrible.

I ordered a casual shirt, but what arrived was a pirate cosplay puffy shirt. I notified them and they agreed to send a free replacement. When the 2nd shirt arrived, it was ANOTHER PUFFY SHIRT! I contacted them again and their customer service rep, Ana, helped me to get a full refund. The whole ordeal took over 6 wks. But through it all, Ana at customer service was outstanding in helping me; she was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, very helpful, and always courteous. ALL of the reps who helped me, from beginning to end, were outstanding. Although I was very dissatisfied with the company's order fulfillment (Never did get the right shirt), I was very impressed and pleased with their Customer Service in resolving the problem.

Ordered Christmas shirts on November 28. Still don't have a shipping date as of December 12…. Emailed them for an eta and I got a return email stating that it would be another 24 days to ship…. Had to cancel my order to try and get a refund through e-mail because there isn't a customer service number to call…. I do not recommend this company. Don't waste your time or money. Ridiculous

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
