I had purchase four shirts. They had second hand clothes with different size. Returnable cost more higher too. Got trapped with glitter advertise online site. It's not like Amazon.
I have purchased quite a few products from LightInTheBox. The quality ranges from very good (bull's eye) to satisfactory (it's ok, but it looks better in the picture). Contact with the service is positive. They respond quite quickly and even if there is a problem (I had one with the delivery of the parcel) they will try to find a solution.
I purchased a kitchen tap that had a serious design flaw. There is no insulation in the spray mechanism so if using hot water, the metal heats up and cannot be held without burning your hand. I requested a refund as Ive had to purchase a new tap and was refused based on the company's inability to understand that there was not a piece missing, its the product design and manufacturing. Not only did the product take 2 months to arrive but I have had to purchase another tap and pay to have install done twice. This is my first experience with this company and I will never purchase from them again. If a company cannot stand behind their product and customers, they do not deserve the business.

Lightinthebox is not a company to buy from. I bought 2 shirts from them. Their products are not as described on the website, but of poor quality. They make it impossible to return products for a refund.

C'est une bonne veste légère et chaude. Le délai est correct (env. 2 semaines).
J'ai eu quelques soucis avec la taille. La première que j'ai commandée était trop petite. Je l'ai gardée parce que c'était trop compliqué de la retourner et il y avait des frais à payer. Donc, ça ne valait pas la peine. J'en ai commandée une autre de la bonne taille à moitié prix. Il faut donc bien prendre la taille avec un cm parce que les tailles L, XL, etc... n'ont rien à voir avec les nôtres.

I got an estimated delivery date and was told that my parcel had been shipped. This was clearly a lie because days later it hadn't reached the Royal Mail. The error message for the tracking was a useless sad face that didn't tell me anything. When I contacted them they took ages to reply and just told me to wait. The last estimated delivery date has now passed and the parcel still isn't in the UK. It's really hard to contact them. They push their app at you at every opportunity. I wouldn't trust their app on my phone. I managed to find another way but they make it really really hard. And then just reply with a lot of nonsense. Appalling, lying company. I can't comment on the goods because they've never arrived.

I ordered 3 t-shirts a week ago and the delivery stated that delivery would be before Christmas. A week later the items are STILL in the processing stage and have not yet been shipped. After paying extra for delivery before Christmas.
The order is now scheduled for delivery around the 28th which is no use to anyone. Reason in their opinion is too many orders, there is no where to say this on the website.
Received my order of 4 3XL tee shirts. The shirts were labeled 3XL but were large or maybe XL at best. Plus were not as pictured on order site. ABSOLUTELY no way to contact this company's customer service department, I guess because they don't have one. Tried to follow their app to obtain a return shipping label which was not possible to do. LightintheBox doesn't deserve even a half star. I have read a number of other reviews with the same experience. Steer away from doing business with this company.

On 11 28 I ordered six items for Christmas. As of now I have received 2 Of the 6. I have not received any info on the missing 4 items. For the last week they have had a sale on 3 Of the 4 missing items and with the promise that they would ship within 24 hours. No phone to call anyone and no place on their website to leave a message or review.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
