So meghan cx service supervisor contacted me refunded the shiping costs. I now have the jacket i ordered. It did take close to a month to get the package but overall I am satisfied with the quality of the jacket. Fits perfectly.

I ordered two shirts and not what I was expecting. The design is not accurate as depicted in the advertisement so if you order from these guys, don't expect the product to look exactly what you ordered.
I am now revising my review for the company. I have received full refund for items. It took multiple emails and contacts however, they did follow up and followed through with the refund promise. I would have given a 4 star if the process was easier and the items were true to size and style advertised
Acket came, it was made for a child. The measurements weren't anything close to representation of the item.
RETURNS are difficult and the link provided by the company does not work.

So I ended up receiving the stuff I ordered but it took a bit of time since it was coming from China. I would have gave a better rating if I received the confirmation email that I was supposed to get. Below this update I just gave is the original review explaining what happened and what led up to where I'm at now.
I recently placed an order with Light in the box and after the order was placed I was told I would receive an email confirming my order in 30 or 40 minutes. Well guess what... I never received that confirmation email and now it's been 4 days since placing the order. On top of all this, when I go to their app to review my order or contact support about my order it is saying there is no orders to look at. Hmmmm... Pretty interesting thing to tell somebody considering the money got taken out of my bank account within a couple minutes of placing the order. The funny thing is after a couple days of not seeing my order on their website or app, I was checking every day after making my order to see if something would come up. All of a sudden my order came up when I clicked on contacting customer support about my orders from their app and then the next day after they suddenly disappeared again off of their app! I was keen to take screenshots the first time I was able to see the stuff I ordered on their app along with my order number to make sure I had a record of it in case my order got removed off their app again, which it did as I explained earlier. To say the least, I definitely do not trust this company. They say they're going to send a confirmation email and then they don't send one yet they take money from your bank account? This is a huge problem and is definitely not the proper way to do business online at any level in my opinion! Don't waste your time or hard-earned cash here in my opinion and go spend the extra money through Amazon or ebay for example or someone of the same likes. At least with those two companies alone they have customer support and don't make it extremely difficult to get a hold of, unlike Light in the box that makes it nearly impossible or fully impossible to ever contact someone in customer support regarding issues you're having with your order or the company. I'm surprised this company is even in business still with the amount of bad reviews I've seen on them already across the internet and on other various review websites.

Just rec'd my "sweatshirt". For a ridiculous $40, they sent a THIN polyester material that could only make me sweat if it was 90° outside. The sewing was good and the design good. It's just not a sweatshirt.

Ordered a dress which arrived looking completely different than what I had ordered. Requested to return and was told I needed to ship it back to China at my expense
They ten said they would refund half my money and could keep the dress
I failed to mention that the dress feels like it would fall apart after the first wear
Prior to ordering I found the company address in New Jersey but all correspondence is coming from a guy in china
As an update this rip off company has never responded to my request for a refund
DO NOT buy from them unless you like throwing your money away or want cheaply made products

My update of Light in the box. After my really bad experience and almost hopeless situation things changed. I was contacted by the customer service by the supervisor Megha. She offered me a special solution and I hope everything will be ok. I have to say I changed my mind. I like the way this company cares about the customers. It seems the customer's happiness and positive experiences are really important for them.
Do not buy nothing from this company! I bought a winter coat from this website. First of all delivery took forewer, but I was patient and understanding. When I finally received it I found out that one of the pocket has a big tear. Because the tear is inside of the pocket it's almost impossible to fix it and use the pocket. I tried to contact a costumer service maybe 50 times. Unsuccessful. You have just 7 days for returning or exchanging, but every try ends with the notification "error, try later". The worst part is the fact there's no other way to contact a customer service except through the form you have to fill. But you have no chance to fill and submit it. Practically you can't nothing return or exchange no matter what.
This is the second time I ordered shoes, June and December, with their USA sizes but was sent smaller sizes, I am highly disappointed and disheartened, and worst of all is no one to talk to, made the return and refund so hard with their chat persons and customer services, will never ever buy from them again.,have unsubscribed them. Never want their email again, very annoying indeed.

I ordered 5 shirts on the 10th. Paid for expedited shipping. It is now the 19th. I have sent emails asking when it will be shipped. Website keeps saying "in process." Or "passed QC" They will not reach me in time now. I did have someone there reach out to me via email and say they would ship what is ready. We will see…
UPDATE 12/24/22. LightintheBox, Megan, sent me a partial refund for even the items that were shipped. I appreciate the communication from her and have found this company keeps its word when they say they will refund a portion of what they even shipped because it is "late". I have not received the items yet so can not comment on the quality. The items have to pass "quality control" it says so hopefully they will be good.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
