I ordered many clothes but, unfortunately, one of the items was full of spots: unwearable. I wrote to LITB and received already an helping mail from Ana after a few hours. Then all went very smooth: in less than 72 hours everything was handled and the refund was on my account!
WHAT A GREAT SERVICE... I had even not to return the item. This shows to me that you don't always have to believe the reviews of other persons. For my part I will order some new items very soon.

I ordered some merchandise back on 12/13/2022 and received my payment confirmation receipt and I have not received my order yet. There is no one to call and it says to download their app to track your package. Even when I do that it's all blank when I click the track package link. No history of my order is shown or anything but I have my receipt of $144 where I paid for it. Please do not shop online at this site.
Soumaya services quickly replied me. My parcel arrived not in time and not good quality. Damage on one of the article. Very disappointed. On of the article was very Nice anyway.

The delivery took a long time and my goods were delivered in two packages (with a week's time difference). But the goods actually lived up to my expectations and were perfectly fine.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
