I ordered a Xmas sweater and got one which didn't look like the picture! Asked to be paid back and they proposed half the price! Not a joke! I didn't give up and finally got a positive answer from Ana who promised by bank account would be credited with the total amount… and it is! So don't give up and send a message on FB if you can't find any contact, then you'll get an answer.

Directions/communication on ordering correct product very unclear & then after receiving wrong product & several weeks later if incomplete/insufficient/unclear emailing wouldn't give me a phone # to speak to someone for clarity & told could return w/outrageous return shipping costs for a replacement or could accept a 60% reward that would show up@ check out when reordering but didn't. In explanation after letting them know it didn't apply reward coz it didn't meet a certain dollar amt. That I was never told they still rn't answering my specific?s. Feel like they're just giving me the run around, not answering my?s or helping me the correct product w/the discount told. Don't buy from them even if price sounds good! It's too good to be true & no support after if things go array.
After receiving shoddy goods and wanting to return them, I have found this very difficult. Also why say they need to return to Asia when they have a Royal Mail stamp on. Cant even leave a comment for the supervisor as it does not work. Very disappointed.

I have ordered all kinds of things, it allmost everytime coes at the right time but of caurse there can be delet in the post or the packed get lost in transit, then i get a refund or another one, so i very pleased with that, never a problem

Good products problems with shipment and with products not arriving ir fitting
I have been doing the pay for this and that is no to much pay. I have been wear the dress on Christmas and i have become a lot of people who are said that they are beautifully. I honestly wouldn't even give LightintheBox a singular star. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. I've had so many issues with this company, not with just one product—MANY. I ordered a men's suit jacket and received a kid's size jacket instead, and when I ordered a small size dress, I received one that could fit two smalls in one. So many things went wrong with my order that I will never give this site to anyone for anything. I have attached some screenshots of how horrible this experience was. They told me I could return the items, so I did, and I haven't heard back from them in almost two months. They stole my money and my products. I am so disappointed and furious about how this has turned out. NEVER buy from LightintheBox.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
