Ordered on 12-14. Was messaged the expected arrival date was 12-22 to 12-29. It's 12-29 no product arrived. Messaged customer service and was told "We are sorry for the delayed of your order due to the items you ordered is really in high demand.
But we are very glad to tell that your order is being packed now and will be shipped out very soon in 48 hours.". Don't give out expected dates if the aforementioned is the case. Also don't charge $10+ for shipping for 1 item, and have it be express. That's unsatisfactory!

WARNING! Do not purchase from Light in the box if you want good quality and good customer service after purchase. I order a Christmas gift and the quality was VERY poor day after Christmas I tried getting a return and refund and after offering other discount I didn't want they came back and said I was over the 7 days from purchase to return item. It took them 2 weeks to deliver item so how does that make sense? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
UPDATE: Finally got a positive response from LITB. Megha at LITB was kind enough to issue a full refund for this purchase. Thank you Megha for your assistance with this issue. That's the reason for update on this post and change of rating.

I received my order today and two of the items I wasn't happy with, I did a return request and was told to return I would have to send it to the original seller (China) and am responsible for shipping fees OR I can keep it and get a 10% credit which is approximately $4. I am NOT happy

Ho fatto un'ordine combinato di piu' prodotti per il Natale: tovaglie e copri sedie, luci per albero con controller e poi un bel copridivano a due posti. La spedizione è stata eseguita in 2 tempi, ma la consegna è stata rispettata nei termini dell'ordine, è arrivato tutto prima di Natale, i prodotti sono ottimi il prezzo molto conveniente, che dire sono molto soddisfatto, acquisterò ancora altri prodotti da Light in the box!

After submitting the review below, I was finally contacted by Megha at Customer Service. The end resut was that I received a full refund for my three (3) purchases. I offered to return the three items at their cost, but they did not want the stuff any more than I did.
Anyway, Megha solved my problem, and for that I am grateful.
The review below is still applicable.
I have been struggling trying to return three (3) items that I received with wrong sizes or color.
I have sent about 15 emails with pictures, measurements, size charts, and they still want more information. Also, for two of the items in wrong sizes, they refused to pay for the return shipping.

I just received my order. The materials are very thin cheap quality. Never will I order from this site again. Very Disappointing. The shirts are cut wrong and sewn even worst. Tight neckline are baggie, out of shape and just plain out horrible. Not what I expected at all. Also the website side's 2 days at warehouse and was supposed to be delivered by the 14th,then then 21th then,the 24th Finally got here today on the 27th. Crazy thing was,I didn't mind the wait until I seen the quality. Never ordering from Ins again.

I ordered a shirt with wording on it. The wording is very fuzzy, like it was blown up from a small font. Also, the shirt is flimsy polyester...JUNK! Super thin. I would not recommend ordering from this company!

It took more than a month to receive the ordered items. And because of geography change, they were small in fitting.
Two items are of good fitting out of four
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
