Bought a toy for my child. It arrived faulty. Told Lightinthebox they asked for photos and videos all sent showing clearly the item it is faulty. They have told me they're speaking with their suppliers! Disgusting response when they owe me a full refund. Had a disappointed child at Christmas and now due to their lack of care am out of pocket. I expect a full refund and all they are doing is wasting my time. Horrific!

I ordered 5 shirts for my husband for Christmas, but was not quite happy with how they fit, so I immediately contacted their customer support team. They offered several options, including coupons for future purchases through them, but eventually I opted for a full refund. Since this product comes all the way from China, I would have had to pay for shipping but they waived that for me and not only said I can keep the shirts, but also refunded me all my money. This is very unusual for a company to do, but I noticed on their website that they sell many different products, and I will consider buying other things from them since they were so reasonable and helpful, despite the fact that they are on the other side of the world (I am in the US). Also, they are very prompt at responding, giving very clear and specific information and trying to help to make the customer happy in the end.

The shipping dates said December when I placed the order. I am going to Mexico Dec 31st. After I paid, the shipping dates changed to Jan 2,2023 and then changed again to Jan 4,2023. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
