My wife bought several dresses to try for our son's wedding. When none of them fit her properly, we tried to return the dresses (although they have no address listed on their website so we googled) in their original boxes, unaltered, and in the original packing materials. They did not accept the package from UPS. Customer Service told her she must have ordered the wrong size, they were incorrect. Poor customer service and no assistance with returns, I would definitely never order from this company. Really BAD experience.
The products are as advertised, appear well made, and were shipped fairly fast given it was a holiday period. I am happy with them.

I ordered three items off this this company and it took a whole month to receive my order! And the best part is when I got my order they sent the wrong size and it didn't look like the pics I saw on the website.

Good products, did not take too long to arrive, good quality, will order again
I often wish there was a phone number where I could explain my needs or ask questions. Your cyber helper DOES NOT actually help me but wastes my time running me around in circles. I live in the WESTERN NC MOUNTAINS. Because I am in the mountains surrounded by National & State Forest, there are not cell towers. I do not have a cell phone as I can't get a signal. Because I have no cell phone & use a laptop you discriminate against me with discounts as I can't download your icon.

I ordered 2 different long sleeve shirts, both XL. One arrived in the wrong color and the sleeves were about 6 inches short. The sleeves on the other were a little short, but wearable. The fabric on both is very flimsy. I don't expect it to be wearable after it's washed. I would have returned both, but the expense and hassle isn't worth it (terrible return policy). These are both headed to the thrift shop. A $70 mistake for me.

The quality of the faux fur on my granddaughters coat was better than expected.
The Rainbow Unicorn Dress was true to picture. Bright colors and full at the bottom. My granddaughter wouldn't take it off.
On 12/16/22 I saw an add on Facebook for this company. I did a quick review online and the company seemed legitimate. So I looked through the options and chose two articles of clothing for my fiancé. I chose this site because in looking it had the option to send and get here by Christmas, if you paid extra shipping. Well of course Christmas comes and goes without my present. I try and contact someone but it is very difficult to find any contact info, and it turns out you have to download their app to have any communication with customer service. On 12/28 I finally get a hold of someone on the app asking for a refund of the extra money I paid for shipping since I never received it in the time I paid for, and also asked for an update as to when I could reasonably expect to get the present I had paid for. Someone named David responded on the same day, however I wasn't aware because he only responded on the app, which I didn't want in the first place. The message basically asked if I wanted a coupon to use in their store (no thank you) or to cancel the order. I still wanted the present for my fiancé! Then I received another message on 12/31/22 saying the products I had ordered for Christmas on 12/16, should be shipped no later than 1/3/23. On 1/2/23 I reached back out because I had not heard anything, and today I heard that they are shipping one of the two items now, to be expected somewhere between 1/7 and 1/12/23. They offered a 10% refund to be used for store credit, which is like $4, and I never want to go through the hassle of dealing with this company every again. And they still haven't even begun packaging the second present which I ordered, so who knows when that will come.
In retrospect, I did some deeper research into the company and reviews. It seems as though they have paid to have a bunch of fake reviews all sent in at one point to artificially boost their star rating. But once you look deeper, you see many others share my experience.

Item was too small for men. Too small. Would not buy again

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
