A great value and one very warm coat

Mit Hilfe der größentabelle, konnte ich sicher die richtigen kleidergrößen wählen. Alles kam sicher verpackt, nur mit zu viel verpackungsmaterial. (alles in einer eigenen plastetüte, teils zweifach eingetütet)
Anfangs stagnierte der liefervorgang. Bei Kontaktaufnahme meiner seits, wurde schnell reagiert und mir wurden versch. Optionen als Entschuldigung angeboten, die unkompliziert bearbeitet wurden.

Interesting gadgets and items

I really enjoy looking through the various items at 'LightInTheBox'. They have gadgets and products you cannot find in the local shops. Still no refund

My wife ordered a swimming costume which turned out to be the wrong size.
We had to send it back, not to a warehouse in Sydney or somewhere, But to the manufacturing shop in China, at our cost of $32.00 The costume was $64.00
Australia Post tracking can only track the item arriving in China this was 4 weeks ago and Ligh in the box is saying it hasn't arrived at the factory yet, which I doubt.
We are out of pocket, wife has no costume and this has now taken several months.

Never again. No way to talk to a customer service agent,return on your dime to asia even for wrong sizes, store credit only no refunds items missing no way to contact them unless you put their app on your device? Quality was maginal strongly recomend against doing business with this firm

I ordered a shirt from this company and they sent me the wrong shirt. I contacted the company and they fixed there mistake immediately. The customer service supervisor Megha, stepped up and made everything right. Except My shirt never arrived, they lied to me for a 5 star review
