The pictures they show on the website look nothing like the actual article of clothing. I bought a shirt that looked like a sweater with different materials and textures. It came as a flat camo print.

The shirt my mom bought looked to have tassels in the photos. It was again just a screen print long sleeve t-shirt with no shape.
The material the stretch pants are made of is nice and thick. But my red shirt came magenta. And the sizes are inconsistent. One large fits me wellz the other large is too tight.

Do not buy from this site. This company does not honor their own advertisement, charge for services you do not request, the quality of material does not match the site, customers pay out of pocket for returns and the 3rd party logistics company has more control than customer service. All around poor quality, poor service and a SCAM!
My items shipped from new york, new york however upon request to return items I was informed I will have to pay out of pocket and the items must be returned to CHINA, Jiaxing China to be exact. When I asked why the return was to a different continent and not the shipping city I was informed "the address on the shipping label or package is the address of the logistics company not our warehouse. Please kindly note that the shipping fee, shipping insurance and the sale tax will not be refunded because they were paid to the logistics company when the package was shipped from our warehouse".
I did not check shipping insurance yet it was charged to my card. The site offered from shipping and delivery before x-mas. Shipping cost was just under $50, and the order arrived December 28th. Company's like this hope you are frustrated enough that you don't contact them after learning you are responsible for the return cost and that it has to be shipped to another continent. Shipping cost to China is roughly $120.00 my order was not that much however after they charged me for shipping and insurance it exceeded that amount.

It was a very smooth process starting from online browsing to giving reviews, so it was a very pleasing experience overall.
I ordered mdse. For Christmas. For the most part everyone loved what they got. The men found that things ran small and I ordered replacements. It is too difficult to return or exchange. I was fortunate I had directions for the too-small items to go.
I received a dress I bougth and it has nothing to do with the picture, the pictre is different on the sleeves, the body, etc. The fabric quality is the worst, it lokks like I bougth a piece of cheap fabric.
They do not give you your money back, They are in China and it is a pain to send items there. Do not buy from this company, really not to trust!

Excelente torneira para a cozinha dando o aspeto exato que eu pretendia. Fácil de instalar e com todos os acessórios necessários. Bem embalada por fora e cuidadosamente acondicionada. Porém não percebi como é que o preço durante a operação de compra passou de 58 euros para 61 euros e depois como é qie acabei a pagar 78,45 euros.
I think Light in the box have great prices, good quality and the package arrived faster then I expected.

Considering you are buying clothing sight unseen, it's ridiculous for them to require you to pay to return unsatisfactory items. I used thier measurment guide, and measured myself, to order pants. One styre in medium fit fine. The other fit was way too tight and too short. Beside they didn't look anything like the picture. Description said linen pants, they were some sort of cheap, stretchy material, not at all like linen. Did not have wide bell bottoms as pictured. But I probably would have cost more than they were worth to send them back. They offered me a whole.88 credit to just keep them. I won't buy any more if I can't expect a full guarantee of fit or quality.

As per my experience last year I ordered one dress which was very nice. This year I placed bigger orders and none of the products met my expectations. The products do not match the pictures at all. The products are of very poor quality and there is too much delay in delivery. Totally disappointed.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
