Beautiful dress and came quick enough… ordered it for a wedding, hopefully everything works out and I get to wear it.
I got my order in about 3 weeks over Christmas holiday. Tracking was great for I could keep track of where my order was. I have made my third order though them now I am waiting for the 2 other orders to come. I'm excited to get them. Waiting is patience.
All in all things went good great prices sizes are not true to size I find they are a little smaller than Canada
Never again will buy something from LITB. Poor quality and clothes was in big ziplock bags. What a waste. The clothes didn't look like nothing on the website page. NEVER AGAIN!

I've made several purchases from light in the box in the last year. I am satisfied with most items however, there have been a few glitches for example, a coat that I purchased from you had a fake outside pocket, but the ad showed gloves in the pocket of this particular jacket which was misleading, I've spent at least $1500 buying mostly clothes from you, but I can only give you about a three out of five rating
I love the products and the prices. The variety of items is awesome. I can order lingerie and painting supplies all on the site.
Note that the sizes are a smaller than US sizes. The inches they gave for a size 20 are really a size 16 - 18. This coat is beautiful and fits great up top but when I zip it up around my hips it's too tight to sit down and not bust the zipper. I normally wear between a size 18 to 20 but on this coat I had to order a replacement in 2XL(size 24 on their chart!) Because it says to order one size up. I normally wear a 20 so I ordered a 22 but I need a 24. Hip measurements are not on the chart. I absolutely love the coat though so I will wait patiently for a new one in the correct size. Customer service was very helpful after I escalated the issue. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!

Update of February 24,2023
At the time of writing this update, I am still in correspondence with customer service about the refund. Although 3 out of 3 ordered items came in wrong measurements, they agreed so far to only compensate about 70% of the original costs.
Here is my original review - with some editing points:
Short summary:
1) customers have no basis for informed decision as LighInTheBox are only publishing positive reviews;
2) their product descriptions and size charts are misleading;
3) poor quality both in terms of materials and in terms of work;
4) sizes and measurements are random - at least in my two orders 6 out of 6 items came in wrong measurements;
5) customer service will react if you are lucky to get your ticket open, and they will offer you only partial refund, or a buying credit (to lure you buy more crap from their site), otherwise they offer you to ship the items back to China at your cost hoping that it will eventually get reimbursed to you one day...
Detailed report:
My latest attempt buying from LightInTheBox (in January 2023) is a complete disaster, as 100% of the ordered goods came in wrong sizes. I ordered a pair of jeans for myself and two cardigans for my husband. After consulting with the specific size charts for each product (they do provide specific charts for each item), I ordered Large for myself, and 3XL for my husband. My jeans came way too big - waist is 86 cm instead of 80; hips are 116 cm instead of 106. In addition, the zipper quality is very poor, and the button-fly is so weak that it practically falls apart. Two men's cardigans came of two different sizes, although both are marked 3XL, and both are way too small. The red one: bust is 118 cm instead of 134 cm (16 cm smaller than supposed to be!); shoulder 51.5 cm instead of 57 cm; length is 71 cm instead of 80 cm. The dark-blue one: bust is 130 cm instead of 134 cm; shoulder 54 cm instead of 57 cm; length is 75.5 cm instead of 80 cm. As you can see the difference is not 'some 1-3 cm' as they note below the size charts! It is between 4 and 16 (!) cm. All photo proof is attached. As before, my attempt to write a review in their site was in vain - as they ONLY publish positive reviews, so just as before, my photo-proved review never got published. My attempt to contact customer service and report about the problem to them (open ticket in their language) unlike before, worked this time. From February 5 until today, we are still in correspondence with customer service. After escalating the issue to Supervisor I got the offer of about 70% compensation of the original costs (although 100% of the goods came in wrong measurements!)
My conclusion: stay away from this site!

Reasonable prices quality is good, very happy with everything I have ordered so far;)
I first ordered a bath mat and shower curtain from Light in the Box, and they arrived right before Christmas. I love them! The shower curtain isn't quite as wide as the shower liner, but I'm able to work with it, and they were the finishing touches my bathroom needed. The items are good quality, and so far have been great!
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
