Ordered pajamas for myself and wife for a Christmas Eve pajama party we were hosting. Prior to paying it confirmed the order would arrive prior to date. I made sure I took a pic of this prior to paying and while ordering. After making payment the date confirmation stated items could arrive after date. You are not able to contact co. Only by email And you have to download app first or you can't submit email, In which you receive delay in response or not at all. So you're not able to reject the order at time of payment. Items arrived after our Christmas Eve pajama party. Leaving us as host without pajamas! Pathetic hosting a pajama party and everyone comes wearing them other than the hosts. Therefore no group family professional Christmas pajama pics taken, in which we had paid for! Had family fly in from out of country that we haven't seen in 13 years, so the family would have a special keep sake as their gift from us. That didn't happen. When the pajamas did arrive My wife's pajamas which had feathers, was not sewn onto the sleeves nor legs large gaps. My silk pajamas did not arrive. I received some type of velvet looking pajamas. Furious! Attempted to notify to send back but I'm getting the run around with offer of discount and keep. I don't want to keep my wife's pajamas the ones delivered are falling apart and I'm not going to wear velvet pajamas! If you don't want their discount they want you to pay shipment to send back to their China warehouse in China then they will make their determination. Even after sending numerous pics of garments, garment numbers and etc. which they continue to request for me to send over and over and I've sent over and over. They are giving us the runaround. A strategy I think they are doing on purpose so you will take the discount and keep the faulty items. Not interested and I would never order from this company again!
Not happy with the quality, received in a plastic bag with no tags and completely wrinkled. These coats are pretty online but there for 12 year olds

Just received my order of winter coat, rain coat and short sleeve shirt. Quality of material is very bad, very chip construction and sizes are wrong. I bought an X-large (I am large) and it's very tight even on somebody who's a medium. Wanted to return and now they are stating that for each item it will cost $10-$40 and 2-6 weeks to get a refund. It's very deceiving when they don't disclose the entire policy of returning items ordered from them. Will never again buy from them.

This item was the first item I ordered and was the last of three items to receive
Delivery date was the fourth of January I received it on the 9th
Hopefully future orders are on time and the date is when I actually get my items on
I ordered two dresses, one never arrived, although I was given a credit. The second one was totally different from photo, shoddily and cheaply made, h I ordered medium according to their size guide and it was huge. I'm 5'7" and the sleeves practically reached my fingertips, super long. Have been u able to log back into their site and my email seeking help was ignored

Read reviews. Checked sizing chart. Bought a size bigger. Still to small. Gave them to someone who wears 32 inch waist pants.
I was making a purchase of $49.97 from LightIn The Box. In the checkout process $20.81 was added for other fees. This looks like a money grab. Just adding this as "other fees." As such I did not buy anything and would warn others watch their billing closely for other fees. I suspect consumer agencies would question unspecified other fees.

Price of shipping fees could be related to several factors.
Perhaps you've chosen our 'expedited' shipping method? This is our premium shipping option, and can reach our customers between 4-6 business days.
Also, bulky items such as faucets or chandeliers will have a major influence on the shipping costs.
In fact, we offer 4 different shipping methods, should price have been an issue then we would have recommended selecting one of our more economical options.
Typically, customers praise us for the multitude of shipping options we offer at a fair price.
The total shipping cost only make up a fraction of the order value when choosing items, such as clothing, accessories or electronic goods.
In addition, the amount of shipping fees is supposed to gradually decrease when making a large order.

UPDATE: customer service contacted me and offered a full refund, so I now have my money back and am looking for similar lights which are waterproof and safer to use from other suppliers now. In the end they sorted out my issue, but I wouldn't buy electricals from them.
The quality of the lights is really poor. The plugs are not compliant with uk standards (no fuses and the earth is sleeved which is illegal). The wiring is poorly done and when chaining the lights together one of the connectors does not work. There is no way these are waterproof. These lights are a deathtrap. To complain and arrange a return you have to install their app, then they just email you back asking for more and more videos and photos and offer a discount, then everything goes silent.

Got a jacket that was a tad too small. Their return process asks you to measure each dimension of the item received and submit a photograph clearly showing the measuring tape. Really? Just send me the next size up, ffs!

Vous m'avez envoyé 2 chandails transparents donc bon représentatif de ce que j'ai acheté, un chandail avec la mauvaise grandeur et un pull S pour chat qui a la grandeur d'un L/XL. Non seulement vous me demandez de corriger votre erreur en payant le frais de 40$ de retour, le montant de remboursement n'est même pas le bon! Jamais plus je n'acheterai avec vous car c'est de l'arnaque. Je retourne 5 morceaux je paye 40$ de livraison et vous me remboursez 51$...ben oui toi!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
