Terrible customer service. When other sites even sites like wish answers questions better than they do. When I first found them I immediately ordered six shirts and loved them. But the return policy and having to pay the shipment myself to send them back for a mistake that they have made in size is ridiculous
Especially when they won't even help you pick out the size when you send them your measurements. I like the stuff that I bought and had great deals but because of customer service I will not be purchasing from them anymore

Shopping experience really proves value when you basket your items and make an order selection smooth and easy process. Especially when it comes to tracking a shipment.
I bought three dresses. Two of which I needed to return as they ran very small. They are listed as a company in New York. If you want to do a return, you have to pay for shipping to China. I struggled for days trying to get an address. I was suppose to get an email with that info and never got one. Part of the return procedure on the site did not work. Chatting left the issue unresolved. What a waste of money.

These pants are so comfortable. The shipping was pretty fast. And talk about affordable! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

To find something is easy. To order is easy. They send the products really fast. Most of my orders were exactly like the description. And quality is most of the time perfect.
Earphones were ok, and work smart. The cable is ok. But the watch appears to have a lunette that is not engraphed but a sticker that easily (directly) got damaged. This is not visible from the pictures. Transport was ok and fast. Would not buy that watch for around 20 dollars again. It runs ok but the lunette is not properly designed and functions barely.

I recently purchased several items for my wife for Christmas from Lightinthebox. She absolutely loves them all. 2 pairs of leggings...very well constructed...fit great...look great.
The cat themed hoodie is her favorite...very comfortable and warm.
I had an old shirt tear and googled the brand name. It connected me with LightITheBox. I bought what I thought was a similar shirt and while the material was different I was pleased as I was with both the pricing and delivery times. Most sites I've purchased form take months to deliver. LightinTheBox is usually here within2 - 3 weeks. I've made several more purchases. I like the styles offered for men. As soon as my relationship status changes I plan on using LightinTheBox to purchase for the woman in my life.
The only pesty thing is the waiting for the product, but they are very good about keeping you up to date on the shipping status.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
