Our family is new to LightInTheBox but our experience so far has been very good. We are delighted with the range of items on sale, the opportunity to purchase items on Flash Sales, and usually the sizing options are good for all family members. Sometimes we find that the size references shown are not quite accurate, which can be a bit frustrating, but overall, we have only had one miss on sizing.
The shipping is very reasonable and arrives very quickly so as soon as you order you will have the joy of receiving your items very quickly. The difficulty is not being able to choose your delivery times and days.
There are colors, sizes, and items for the home, accessories, and travel so you can find pretty much everything you need. I like the choices for work, and casual, and the range for all seasons that are on offer.

During the holiday season I was kept well informed of the status of my orders and well compensated when a delay to the original delivery date could not be made. Products received overall is what I expected or were even better with what I was expecting. No problems, no issues and always available to contact for questions if and when they arise.

I am purchasing online for many years already, but what I have experienced here, was really outrageous.
I have written a first Review beginning of the year about this company.
Here's an update: purchased 3 items, all same size, I have checked measurements before on site. Items arived on time, extra costs for shipments and custons duty.
Major complaint: 3 totally different sizes, I can only wear 1 item! 1 Item seems to be purely from plastic, this goes directly to trash. I contacted the customer service, this seems to be an automatic machine, always focussing on selling more.
After uploading my first review here I have been contacted by a real person once. I send all necessary info snd proof and pictures. Then nothing again. No refund, they do not let you ship back the items where their sizing is wrong (anyway you would need to pay extra for that).
So this is a company doing intentional fraud. I have read many negative reviews on German Websites. Now I will report this company to the German authorities (as I have announced to lightinthebox in my last email).
Hope my reviews will be seen here, so that not more consumers will share this experience.
P.S.: My order has been deleted from my purchase list in the app of lightinthebox, obviously by Lightinthebox. It is sooooooo easy to get rid of customers who complain! Therefore, overall rating of 0! I needed to give 1 star here, otherwise I can not send my review.

Ordered 3 turtlenecks and a hoodie for Christmas. Sizes are accurate. Material quite nice. The hoodie exceeded expectation in that I expected a normal sweatshirt material / brushed cotton. Much nicer fabric. Great fit. Wash and wear. In todays Amazon next day delivery world, it took quite awhile for the order to be processed and then shipped.ordered Dec 6 received Jan 5. But worth the wait.
Have since ordered more product and at the great price, am prepared to wait. If you're not in a hurry, I recommend Light in the Box!
One clothing had some failures in the manufacturing, could not were the coat. Got a 50% discount. The sizes are small so order one size up. You will get custom invoice but if you buy lib's custom insurance you will get the money back.
Easy and very nice items. After I finish my order for 2 items, I got a promotion from you with the same items at a lower price, I cancel my first order and reorder 3 items, at a lower price total.

I have always wanted an outlet that stocked and sold flashy, quality clothing for men. Light in the Box does that and more. From flashy to conservative men's wear, this is the only outlet that you'll ever need. I can't go a day without checking their site to see what's new and/or what I may have missed! Sizing can be smaller than North American size so that's something to be aware of. I always order 2 sizes larger when dealing with jackets. Everything else is very reliable. Love this company!
Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
