I have made several orders and never had issues. I made a big order and shipping cost was extremely high, so they offered me to get gold membership free of charge. However, they never followed through. I never received the shipping free of charge or the gold membership or anything.

Size was perfect. Unfortunately there is one seam I need to sew about 4" long in the interior. Not worth it to replace due to time it took me to recieve it. Other than that, it was a gift and she loves it, especially the furry hood!

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. They came too late for the wedding. I did not see the fine print on the dresses that says "Made to Order" which is ridiculous because I just ordered a standard size. This means they cannot be returned. I tried them on and the one is a ridiculous combination of sizes. The top is big and the hips are tiny. The other dress was supposed to be a 16 and is about a 12. Both have this weird built in bra thickness a the top. I did not get what I ordered and the company has no way to communicate with them. I was stolen from.

Still waiting on the rest of my order.My order was placed on 12/21/22 the sneakers were out of stock and I was notified that my 22.99 would be returned back on my credit card but its not and I'm still waiting for my sweat pants set...its still processing. I don't know if I will eave make another order, I'm really not sure.
I chose items by the size chart and they were still much too small. Returns are more difficult and costly than is worth it. Will not likely be ordering again.

Ordered some t-shirts from this company over a month ago and still no sign of my order. When ordered and paid for the items were shown to be in stock and one in fact said 'ships with-in 24 hrs' been a long 24 hrs. They have my order, they have my money and I so far only have this review. The bright side is that I used PayPal. So I'll give it till next week and then get the $$$ back via PayPal. However since the latest estimated date for arrival was 10-Jan-2023.? I won't be holding out must hope.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
