On December 5 2022 a charge of $32.06 was taken from my bank acct. I not order from your company nor received ANYTHING from your company. To dispute this will mean going to my bank filing a dispute and having to get a new depit card which will take I told 7 to 10 days, this is a small Amy of money BUT it's the principle of it, hopefully I you will just refund the money to my acct m. I ordered $170 worth of leggings from light in the box. When I received the merchandise I was very dissatisfied with the quality of fabric these leggings are made out of. They issued me a return number and told me I needed to return the items back to China. They said it would cost not over $40 but it ended up costing me $60. I have tried to contact them several times regarding crediting me for the items that I have returned to them and they are not returning my emails. So far I am out $170 plus $60 to return the items. This all has happened since October 2022. I would not order from this company at all.
I am amending my review as of February 9,2023…Here is my amendment to this review as of February 9,2023… After Sitejabber notified light in the box of my review, light in the box resolved this issue by returning my money back to me. They also went an extra step to return the money it cost me to mail their merchandise back to them in China. I am very grateful that they have taken the initiative to take care of this. Thank you light in the box.

He comprado pantalones vestidos, zapatillas y remeras. Todo de buena calidad, la entrega un poco lenta. Pero siempre he quedado muy conforme.
I ordered a sofa cover to cover a small couch. The website. Gave me two options- an L-shaped cover and a sofa cover. I measured the back of the couch from arm to arm and ordered the smaller size sofa cover. There were no directions to say that the measurements had to be from the front of the arms, down the sides of the arms and then across the front of the seat and up again to the other side of the arms. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size BUT the item sent to me was the L-shaped sofa cover, so the size was irrelevent.
I assumed that I could return the item and have the normal sofa cover sent to me. NOT SO! I discovered that they would not acknowledge that an L-shaped sofa cover was inappropriate for a normal sofa, BECAUSE I ordered the incorrect size. Everytime I sent the photos they requested, they would ask for them again. I was forced to return it to CHINA (not advertised anywhere) and pay the costs. It has taken 11 days for a return ticket to be sent to me from Customer Service. It seems like all the correspondence is talking to a computer. This has been a nightmare. I will never order from Light in the Box again. They treat their customers with contempt. They wrote ' the fact that you were sent an L-shaped cover is not the issue. You ordered the incorrect size'. Very bizarre and treating me like an idiot.

So why the F$#@ would you do that - principle I say - It started with an order - nice looking jacket (MENS) placed order after checking sizing chart and making the required measurements... What I received was a Women's jacket (zips on the wrong side - left instead of right) - no big deal right? E-mail customer service - NO response... Email again - no response... Raise issue with payment facilitator - no response - escalate dispute with PayPal - finally get response from paypal - requesting return to attached address in China... here is the detail of the dispute summary for the PayPal case...
Dear Sir or Ma'am; Your return policy is both well hidden and intentionally misleading - also- prohibitively expensive. I am paying to return an item you shipped from New York for $4 to China costing me $45 out of pocket in order to rectify your error of sending me a Woman Jacket when I ordered a Mans jacket. This is beyond unacceptable but obviously intentional on the part of your business practices. Expect a very detailed google / yelp and other reviews regarding this business and its practices.
Making your customers pay exorbitant international shipping rates to return items to comply with your understated return policy is borderline extortion and will not go unanswered. I will make sure to highlight this area of your return policy in my reviews. It is obviously designed to discourage returns and force your customers to simply absorb the cost of your errors. You have not or would not respond to my requests until I flagged and raised the dispute with the intermediary payment service (paypal) but continue to flood my email inbox with spam despite requesting no offer emails and unsubscribing numerous times.
Light In The Box is by far the worst example of product and customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - and I am a Comcast subscriber... but at least they answer their customer inquiries.

Customer service staff deliberatively sabotage the delivery of paid for items. I had $150+ order spanning 6 items in January 2023, one item mens pants they had repeatedly on sale. I waited 10 days, the first 5 items were ready to ship, but the pants were unavailable despite being repeatedly on sale. They didnt tell me they were unavailable, on 10th day after asking why it couldnt be sent, I said cancel the pants and send the 5 items which were boxed that day as shown online on my account as boxed ready to be shipped. They clearly just decided they wernt going to send them the 5 items, and left them packaged BUT UNSENT for more than 80 hours over 4 days. On the 14th day of the order I cancelled the whole order as they gain revenge by not supplying the product, they just ignore requests to send the items and all other customer service requests, offer phantom credit THAT CANNOT BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT ORDER, and just buy more time not to post the order. The customer service staff are vindictive for no reason, by deliberately not sending orders to frustrate the customer. There is no logic to what they are doing, they can do whatever they want and in my opinion they are enjoying this. Then on the cancellation and refund they send "Thanks for being our valued customer. We would be sooo grateful having the pleasure of serving you again!".

My item cost me x 2 original price and was late. There is no way to communicate to them without having installed their app. I paid $30 for shipping then I received a message from DHL that i have to pay clearance $28.00 in addition. They won't release it unless I go pay for it. Light in the box said they would reimburse me, because they also charged duty tax insurance on top of shipping charges. I never received reimbursement. I paid $26 for a shirt and $58 for shipping, insurance and duty. Be aware!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Got the dress after the event. No refund until I returned it to CHINA, even though it was shipped from NY. That was in June/2022. Sent it to the EXACT address they gave me, doublechecked with USPS, cost me 28.85$ more. Today Jan 24/2023, got it back REFUSED. I have a serious hate going. Thank God for Catherine's, I looked gorgeous at my son's wedding.

Everything I have ordered has come quickly and in great shape. I have to keep myself from ordering too many items.
While I was happy with the items I received, I was very disappointed that the arrival date kept changing. It changed 3 times. Each time it was several days to a week later. Luckily they weren't Christmas gifts, as they arrived well after that date.
Received my goods in good condition love them, I would definitely buy again thank you so
I ordered additional items to my new airfryer, and now I haave a wide range of opportunities to cook (almost) anything. Easy to clean, easy to store.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
