It was worth the wait 3 wks since the order placement. The products are really good for the price thar I wont get here in Canada.
The thing with the winter jacket is that they are missing some buttons on the hood but everything aside from it are really nice.

I ordered a dress for a wedding from this site because it said the delivery date would be between 1/24/2023 - 1/31/2023. As the days progressed I reached out via email and asked about the status of my order, the email and app stated that my ordered would not make it till 02/23/2023, truly disappointed because I need this dress for a family members wedding, I went to the application and canceled this order. Since canceling I have received various emails stating that I will not be receiving a full refund because the dress is already being made, and they have no use for that specific dress. This is totally unacceptable. If you can't deliver on time then you cannot expect a customer to pay %50 of a dress she did not receive because your company is irresponsible and failed to deliver on time. It's a win win situation for you, because you did not deliver and you still get to stay with my hard earn money. I loose because I was left with no dress 3 days before the wedding and you still took my money. Please be aware of these scammers! Spend your money elsewhere. Also there is no live customer service representative that you can talk to, you could only send an email and wish for a response whenever they feel like answering.

This dress was purchased to wear for my daughter's wedding. I really like the feel and fit of the dress!
I just purchased from this company for the first time, the item that I purchased they charged me 2 times for it, immediately I cancel the item before they could really ship it out, Papal are in the process of issuing 1 refund as I write this review, It shows on my bank account where I was charged 2 times for the same item, so I reached out to this company and still know actions are being taken for the second charge, THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE

The dress colors are cute but not as vivid as displayed, also it runs smaller than other same size dresses that I've ordered. Plan on keeping it because I do like the material and style.
Horrible customer service, only try to pacify you with extra discount on next order, do not follow their own shipping and delivery policies, slow delivery. Poor cheaply made clothes that are not sized correctly. If you want to return, the charge you shipping again and make you jump thru hoops to get an address to send to and you must do it within 7 days. Do not communicate thru customer service just auto messages. Better off ordering from Shein

I have no problem with the delivery. It came quite quickly. However, everything I ordered is too small. I used your size guides and trusted that because of my previous order. Which, by the way, fit and looked great. I'd send everything back for an exchange but, shipping costs are prohibitive...

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
