Poor quality

I received my order 26 days after paying for it. It qas jf the lowest quality, almost sheer n not what was advertised. I would not advise anyone to purchase clothing from this site. I am surprised at the good reviews they have. I was also not able to post a review on their site.

I'm stuck in the middle!

Well. I have been odering from light in the box for a few months now and as my intro states...I am stuck in the middle. One of the lights doesn't work but the others work well and all look great.

MY MAIN IS DELIVERY! It takes FOREVER and a person like myself who invest in properties couldn't depend on them for product timely.

After my 2022 Christmas experience with this company and its so called "Customer Service Department " I find it necessary to contact the active Stockholders with the truths about their investments lack of professionalism during their normal course of business. It has destroyed the investment stocks avenue to excel.
Example: LITB: Penny Stock is now lower then every before.

I ordered my product almost a 1 month ago! This is insane. By the time I receive it I will not need to use it. (Accessory for winter for my cat). I do NOT recommend them.

Never buy from herr

I ordered top n dress. Once order went thru realized it was from China. They said top was sent, never received it. Cancelled dress only dress was credited. Contacted company numerous times. Nothing paid for top! Sizes on compatible nor comparable to Canadian sizes

Terrible product

The sweater that I order was terrible quality and the size was no where near the size chart they provided and trying to get ahold of customer service and deal with a return and refund was painful. They make you jump thru hoops to get your refund and do not make it a customer friendly service. Would never recommend them to anyone!

Deceptive Business Practices

I ordered a cover for a formal event that was 10 days away. I paid $25 for expedited shipping with the understanding that the item would ship in 4 to 7 days. Four days later I received a message stating that the item would arrive 10 to 15 days later instead which is well after the date of my event. When I contacted customer service they said that they would only refund 50% of my order.

Quicker than expected!

My package got here fast! I was not expecting it for another week or two. Since they were motion sensor lights, I was wondering if they would make it here in good working order. I had them charged and mounted before it was even dark. These lights are doing exactly what I bought them for. I have a long hall with regular lights on either end, I set these up to light the middle. It would have taken an electrician to put in another light, it would have been expensive. These are perfect, they come on, when needed and turn off as needed. I plan on getting some more for a large walk in closet!
So I give 5 stars.

Extremely slow

Do not expect amazon service as they are slow fulfill orders. I have been waiting more than a week and it wont come for more than ten days...it's shirt and shouldn't take that long, but as I said, extremely slow.

Never ever again.

I bought 3 items:
One was completely wrong. Wrong item, wrong fibers tipology and no labels at all. Quality like a $2 shop.
One had a very wrong colour (as shown in the pictures). The shown picture on their web site had a very nice stone washed green colour, the reality shows a poor plain colour and a poor hand made product.
No labels at all.
One was accetable even if the quality was very poor but, at least they guessed the item and the colour.

At the end I have paid a very low quality items badly made and cheap look product.
For my experience, fake pictures are the only strong skill of Lightin The Box.
On their web site seems we can complain and have a negotiating but nobody answer, so, for my experience has been only a BIG SCAM.
Considering my experience I also have some reasonable doubts regarding the autenticity of the positive reviews I saw on internet, but this is only a my opinion.
