Not received my items tracking number want pull up send me emails trying get me to order never never would I do bussiness again if I knew it was china no way. I ordered seat cover from China 3 years ago still not received them

Gran cantidad de artículos a la venta. Buenos precios en general. Demasiados productos para salud que nunca sirven para nada. Tardanza en entrega, aunque no tanta como otras apps. Atención al comprador deficiente y difícil de gestionar. Demasiada robotización de la gestión y exigencia de pruebas imposibles de conseguir, como fotos de piezas o elementos que faltan en algún envío (¿cómo sacar una foto de algo que no está?). Calidad muy variable. Igual compras un vestido y es de bastante calidad, que compras otro que en las fotos, descripción y precio parecen casi igual y es de bajísima calidad. Yo gasto esta app por los precios, pero ya me estoy cansando de los fallos de calidad, las dificultades para las disputas y las tardanzas.

I ordered about 16 items and most of the return and exchange process is a nightmere. Customer service is some agency not part of LightInTheBox. Therefore they really can't answer any real questions. I will never order there again.

It's beautiful short looks really great if you want to increase your sale pls make it more in cotton as countries prefer mostly cotton. No doubt you shirts quality us also best but use cotton material due to climate Europeans use mostly cotton

Dress fits good but the material is not very smooth.
The dress with over coat has a bad fitting and shape. Too big and wrong colour as well. Would not recommend it.

Unbelievably long delivery

This company is Chinese owned and ships from China to a distribution center in Illinois. The delivery times are weeks long with endless sales emails. My order appears to just sit around indefinitely. Shirts are great, the wait is not worth it. Buy American.
