Overall, using this app has been a good experience. Inexpensive clothes, that are stylish, and holds up against common wear and tear. Fashionable jewelry, and nice variety of around the house hold items to purchase - again all which are inexpensive or can be caught at a decent discounted rate.
The shopping was great but I was disappointed with the length it took to receive and the shipping cost. Moreover, The sizes received and the sizes posted were incorrect therefore, a lot of time wasted. We got refunded but it took a week to 10 days playing email tennis.
Did not work size wise but was easy to make right. Only problem I have is shipping cost because another site gives free shipping.
Sizing are way off on some products.it seems they are putting wrong labels on the product.
Although my orders have taken a little bit longer than originally expected, everything that I have ordered has been exactly what I wanted. Quite happy and plan to continue using the site.

You're past "growing pains" You've been around long enough to understand when it comes to clothing, you're vendor sizes are all over the board. I bought a 53" bust jacket, fits great. Bought a 56" jacket that barley fit's my 50" bust wife. When someone disputes the purchase your reply is you got what you bought. Your merchandise can be great! Acceptable, or shotty. You need to regulate sizes on your website or quit refusing refunds. My purchases, I'll give you a 6. Novelties are great but when you buy a winter jacket, #1 it doesn't fit. #2 it's too small. Don't tell me I got what I ordered. Yes I did, but a 56" that's too small doesn't fit a 53" that fits great, don't blame the customer.

I was a first time shopper on the site. I was cautiously optimistic, hoping that everything would fit and match up with the photos.
Items arrived very quickly. A couple accessories won't work for me. But, my wedding shoes and dress are perfect! Dress will need some alterations, but with the $ I saved, I'm open to spending to make the fit perfect! Very happy with this first time shopping experience!
I needed to return items - was told to do the cheapest through USPS - when I went they said the return would be 80 - opted for the 60% from Lighinthebox. When I went to claim the 91- I was told I had another hoop to jump through to actually receive my refund - still trying to manage it.

I check the LITB site at least once a day, and buy just about all my garments from the site. The only garments I don't buy from LITB are long sleeve tops of any type that don't specify sleeve length, as I have particularly long arms for my height. Their selection of items is broad and deep, and virtually everything I've purchased from them has been very good quality fabric/materials, and construction. I check their electronic items as well, but as yet haven't made any buys of those goods.
All items were of great quality. I just wish the sizes were more accurate.
I have very bad experience with Light in the Box, I ordered a Jacket which is L, but they sent me 2XL. I requested them to sent me the right size and a prepaid return label to return the 2XL one, and attached photos of the Barcode of the packaging and photo of Tag 2XL in the Jacket on the Service Ticket as proof. They answered me and asked for the same thing for Proof which I already sent them and said confirmation of proof is very time consuming, and offer only (a) 50% coupon and keep the Jacket or (b) 30% refund of the item price. When I wrote them they already got what they wanted as Proof, they then offer 1.Keep item and 60% coupon and applies toward future purchase, must use within 3 months, 2.Keep Item and 50% refund of item price. I reluctantly choose option (2) 50% refund of item price, but then I got email from them saying they will send $2.07 to my paypal acct. I wrote them back $2.07 is not 50% of the price I paid, and since I remembered I paid them with Paypal, so I have filed a dispute to Paypal with all the photos of Proof, then seller sent me email saying they will send $5.93 MORE, I waited for 6 days, they only sent $2.07 USD, the $5.93 USD never come, so I have to decline it, as they are very tricky, if I accept it, my dispute will be closed. Then I sent Paypal the Seller email of offering $5.93 MORE, this time they offer only the $5.93 without the $2.07 on Paypal, so I declined it as well. Then they said they will refund me in full when I ship the jacket back to them, but want me to pay for shipping myself. NO CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAID FOR SHIPPING FOR SOMETHING WHEN THE SELLER SENT THEM TH WRONG ITEM. I phoned paypal, seller refuse to provide prepaid shipping label and want me to pay for shipping myself. Finally PayPal give me back my $9.96 USD THEMSELVES, AND THE SELLER GET AWAY WITHOUT REFUNDING ANYTHING. I will never buy anything from this Light in the Box again after going through all these troubles. They are a very dishonest and cunning.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
